The staff is very knowledgeable about the area - they accommodated any query we have. Particular mention to Esther who was at the front desk and was very friendly. Breakfast was good enough, again consistent friendly and attentive service. Bed linen was very comfortable, clean. Size of the room big enough and has very good facilities. Love the location - restaurants are all in walking distance.

You won't find a better hotel in the price range of duqm express. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Overall quality is good for 2-3 nights.

Just returned from a short trip to Duqm and couldn’t resist sharing a quick note. The stay was truly delightful—especially the breakfast, which was both generous and delicious 😋. The in-room wireless access points delivered impressive speed, making it easy to stay connected even in a remote location. What stood out most was the warmth of the staff—from reception to the service team, their hospitality was seamless. The only downside was the parking area; the open space and strong winds meant the car often ended up covered in sand. Still, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you or your team ever find yourselves in Duqm, I’d highly recommend this spot for a warm, hassle-free stay.
