Clean, Spacious Apartment. Well maintained building and premises, helpful staff and Parking was abundantly available. A park is nearby to keep the Kids engaged.

This not about the property per se. The location is in a a newly developed and being developed area. Roads and accesses are not completely mapped even in Google Maps. We will need to access the place using the old school logic and trial and error method.

disappointing

Despite booking almost ten days in advance, we were surprised to find that the apartment had not been cleaned. There was dust everywhere, cigarette butts, and a foul odor. I am surprised how Booking.com can host such places, and I am also surprised that the Ministry of Tourism would give this place a permit to become a place of residence.

What to say? Almost impossible to find. Arrived after dark and building was totally dark. Telephone nr from Booking not working, found two numbers on the building, first one not working either. After about an hour managed to find a lane behind the hotel. All other roads closed. Eventually got a hold of a guy who seem to know nothing. Seven people had to share five towels, that was all they got. The whole place was a construction site.

The facility was ok for a short stay, the humble and cooperative reception guy helped us bring our luggage gave us tips on food and locations. God bless him. The facility utilities were still brand new and the size of rooms were big. We booked a three bedroom which was more than enough.

Duqm is in still in developing stage and there is a lot of construction going on for current and future expansion. The hotel approach road was still under process and when you reach the location we were not sure if this facility was really working. The owner should install a sign board of its name on the building premises and way finding signs.

The apartment surrounding is very dusty due to ongoing construction of road and hi-way. Apartment is not clean per se, no proper reception and staff who met us was nice however not able to speak english and difficult to understand.

The property is not new anymore, but it is clean and spacious, so we ignore the toll of the dust and sand and focused on the large space and very comfy beds. The staff was there for us all the time and hot water for the shower was excellent. There was gas to cook our breakfast and boil our coffe !!! Thank you Simona

Early morning, on Saturday all the construction work around started pretty early, but what to do .... we wake up a little bit earlier than we wished LOL .... no black top till property .... still in construction, but it is passable !!
