Everything was amazing, staff, room, cleaning, pool, and breakfast. We got a wonderful and wide room suitable for our family 2 adults and 2 teens. They gave us a room for a late checkout, the staff was helpful, nice and amazing.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The quality throughout is top-notch, and the location is absolutely perfect—with direct access to a private beach and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Although there was a short wait for our room, it was handled with such friendliness that it didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident everywhere. Breakfast was a daily highlight—delicious, varied, and served with exceptional hospitality. The staff made every morning feel special. The pool bar service was equally impressive; drinks were served ice-cold and almost immediately after ordering online, with noticeable attention to detail. A special thanks goes to Reem at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay. She truly made a difference in our experience. Overall, this was an outstanding getaway that we recommend to everyone. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Rooms and corridors are a bit old so inside you dont feel like in a fancy hotel. Also our room was rather small

Very nice hotel with a private beach which is a big plus. There is a nice iranian restaurant on site with very good food. Breakfast was really nice with polenty of choices. What i liked too is a shuttle bus that could get you to the most interesting places in Muskat free of charge

The food/drink options were a bit pricey.

That you could choose to swim in the sea or the pool (the pool was amazing). The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The hotel staff were very friendly. I loved that the hotel had a shuttle that could be used to go to the souk and the mosque. The fitness/health centre was amazing! (squash courts, tennis courts, gym, boxing gym, sauna, massage room). This hotel has a range of excellent restaurant options too.

The old style tub shower combination is dated and a little risky for older folks.

Very comfortable and loved the pool after days in the heat. Room was great with a view of the gulf. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection and a fresh egg station. Plenty of parking. Found nice restaurants within a few blocks.

There was nothing that i didn't like. The hotel is first class. I was also told that the rooms are being renovated at some point in the near future. This would really make this hotel stand out from the rest in Muscat as the location is amazing.

Best located hotel in Muscat. I have to say the staff here are first class!. I have stayed here several times, and the whole experience from check in to check out is perfect. The breakfast has so much choice of the highest quality. The view over the Arabian sea was a great start to the day. The pool and the gym facilities are also first class. The service in Muscat is second to none when it comes to customer care. All in all i had a fantastic stay...well done to all the staff.
