Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaCrowne Plaza Muscat OCEC by IHG is a relatively new property just a few minutes’ drive from the airport, with ample on-site parking—ideal for a smooth arrival and departure. Check-in was exceptionally friendly, and the team kindly granted our late check-out request at no extra charge. Our room was spacious, modern, and very well equipped, offering plenty of room to unwind. Although there is construction in the surrounding area, we couldn’t hear a thing from inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and truly had everything one could wish for. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing—perfect preparation for our long flight afterwards. We’ll definitely be back.

In One Line: Exceeded my Expectations. Bowled over by the Impeccable Service by the Front Desk, Concierge and all staffs. Clean, spacious rooms, and the bestest bed and pillows I have experienced in the recent times! Special mention to Ms. Priya who handled my check in and kudos to her for being so observant and caring, gave me an early check-in being an IHG Member and ensured I was satisfied to the fullest. She's an absolute asset with her genuine caring attitude to all the guests and no matter which hour she greets with her wholehearted smile! What Stunned Me Even More is this Young Enterprising Omani Gentleman Mr. Ammar who went the extra mile in making my trip extremely memorable, comfortable and was very kind in taking me to places, explaining the history, culture and passionate about his country's transformation. Crowne Plaza Oman, you have a leader in the making in your hand in the form of Ammar, invest in people like Ammar and sky is the limit. His attention to details, timeliness, being proactive with guest requirements, always wears a vibrant smile and his kindness is contagious, I will visit Oman only to experience such warmth and affection. Enjoyed Charm Thai restaurant dining, authentic Thai Food and Mosaic Restaurant Breakfast (huge spread and delicious).

IndiaThe Wi-Fi was terrible, it kept cutting out every few minutes.
We opted for the half-board menu, and we have no regrets about our choice. It offered a delightful array of food, desserts, and dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hotel is located near to Muscat airport.
