There was a strong unpleasant musty smell in the corridors.

Peaceful and quiet location. A wonderful restful stop-over if doing a road trip. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Facilities were good. The food buffet had a good selection on a medium level. Would definitely return if doing a road trip again.

This was our second stay and I was delighted to see that the hotel had stayed the same, even better. Magnificent service and such great facilities. It’s like an oasis in the middle of the desert.

room was gud, spacious, clean having every utility in the room. had my breakfast and dinner in the hotel, met Chef Sumit, amazing person, gud in hospitality, went for evening walk on the beach, lovely scenic beach, cool climate in the evening. loved everything

We had a small isssue with room service, the chicken breast was not up to our standards but they handled the feedback very well.

Wonderful property well maintained. Amazing sea view rooms. The staff was super helpful thanks again to mister Sabin K. Loved the breakfast. They have a cool pool .

We specifically asked for a quiet zone area, however turns out the rooms are not well sound proofed as we could hear people walking across the corridor. We also asked to remove any alcohols from the fridge which was done however the glasses in the room were not cleaned properly reeking alcohol smell! Talabat also do not deliver to the hotel location/zone as we could not order food or grocery to be delivered from outside hotel after a long day we wanted to spend all time inside hotel after a long drive trip, I needed some Panadol which the hotel could not provide and there were no shops of or pharmacy open between 12-8am,,, make sure to stock your medicines before night as duqm turns to a ghost city with no shops open . Strangely most shops even petrol stations did not have ice on our way leaving the hotel for the cooler box,, make sure to order ice from the hotel as they have plenty and provided us a large can of ice when we ordered in room dining.

The room service was fast and staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was nice as well with a great variety. The room was decently cleaned with all facilities inside the room including iron and hairdryer no need to call reception asking for those. We did not spend much time in the hotel, but it had great free facilities including pool spa and gym. The in rooming dining was super fast very thankful for that.

Could not really swim at beach , and was lots of plastic on , maybe the time of the year ? Other it was perfect

Very luxurious for the price , best place hotel or otherwise in the town of duqm. Great service , staff was there for every need a screen some . Kamel was especially helpful as was Musum, the food by Ali was gourmet, we are not buffet people , but was next level.
