The fact that it’s part of a nightclub. The Thursday night we spent there it was a club night so loud music until 2-3am so difficult to sleep.

It was a bit noisy at night but it was because it was near a bustling area with lots of restaurants and cafes.

The location was great, right next to the beach and near a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. The room was also very spacious and well equipped with the amenities.

This is a building with a shisha place, nightclub, night restaurant until late at night. With earplugs this is not bad at all, or you have to enjoy the night life. But we knew this before we booked our stay.

While my overall experience was fantastic, I did notice that the Wi-Fi in my room could be a bit slow at times, and there is background noise always from the bar. However, this was a major/minor issue and did not significantly impact my stay.

I would highly recommend Al Qurum Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Muscat. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

The bed was not comfortable. I had thought breakfast would have been an option but I had to go out to cafes for breakfast. I could hear the nightclub sometimes till 3 am Parking was a nightmare AC was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature

Your staff are very good, nice pleasant and helpful. The location is great for the beach. Bathroom amenities were basic but I guess for the price that was ok.

Hot water! I endured cold showers daily until I ran the water in sink and bath for about 10 minutes and eventually got hot water… must have been 15-20L of wasted water. I arrived on a Thursday evening and parking was impossible. I had to park 4-500m away. The hotel has limited parking and the bouncer to the bar initially wouldn’t allow me to park and was quite rude. The hotel is in fading glory and does need major renovation. While my balcony door was fitted with a bolt to secure it, the door was misshapen and had a 1cm gap. The swimming pool is a work site and hasn’t been in use for considerable time

Great location right on the beach with numerous good quality cafes and restaurants next door. Easy drive to Muttrah, the old town and to the airport. Views were pleasant. Be aware that the balcony is shared. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were cleaned daily and fresh water provided.

Like about the property is: Location Price View Size The location is perfect even the night walk or morning swim on the beach is perfect. Room sizes are decent and storage space with the washroom. Bright room and having a terrace which is common for all rooms. Location: It is perfect as multiple restaurants have more or less all kinds of cuisine options with nice breakfast options as well. View: You have a view of the beach direct.
