I had a truly fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, but I want to give a special mention to the young man at the reception to his professionalism and friendliness. You can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about making guests feel at home. Every aspect of my stay was taken care of with great attention and warmth. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable and relaxing stay. Thank you for making my trip so special!

The beach it’s not good for swimming to much rock

Beautiful located and hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool facilities were nice and beautiful with all the palm trees. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The check in and check out experience was poor. I would loved clearer communication like were to sit down and wait to be called just the smoothness of the check in, check out and guest service communication was not what i expected from a 5 star hotel. I had a view looked a bit dull because the grass looked really dry. The room felt like too many things were cramped together. I wish there was less walking especially to the lobby

I love that there is a ladies beach. The breakfast buffet had good and many options. The bedddd felt like i was sleeping on clouds. Love the accesability of the volume button in the bathroom. Salon staff were really friendly and amazing service from them! Love the landscape of th hotel and pool.

A few improvements are needed which would've made our stay more comfortable. The handheld shower did not work in our bathroom. Some maintenance is needed in the rooms and upgrades. The fridge was not cold at all so we couldn't keep our drinks cold. Some basic amenities in the room were not available and it took too long waiting for housekeeping to bring things for example tea bags, cups for tea/coffee, tea spoons, tissues for the room, forks etc. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and very attentive always but we sometimes waited too long for things which should be topped up and already available in the room upon arrival for a hotel of this caliber. Valet parking is slow and we were waiting a while when we arrived for our car to be parked. Nobody was available. Maybe it was because it was Eid and staff were busy.

The hotel is exceptional. As soon as you walk in, you are astonished and in awe of what you see. Pictures do not do any justice for the stunning architecture and design. It truly is a palace and makes you feel like royalty. Special thanks to Nawaf (Night Manager) who granted us a late checkout to make our stay more special. And Taha who was so attentive to us when we arrived in the lobby and were leaving the hotel. Nothing is a "No" at this hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly and wanted to attend to every request. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast was absolutely superb. One of the best we have ever had. Again, nothing is a "no" and you are made to feel warm and welcome. The selection at breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Almost like a brunch. We loved the fruits and juices selection and the hot food options. The standard was very high. You get the top 5* service which unfortunately does not even exist anymore in 5* hotels in Dubai. Pool and beach staff were amazing and so friendly. The best staff we have interacted with. They understand and know what service is.
