A really dirty chair was in the room. Very stained. I could not sit on it. Looked like someone had urinated on it. I was surprised that hotel staff would not have seen this and removed.

Right from the moment you check in you'll be pleasantly welcomed to then getting into your room and being impressed with the cleanliness and how generously sized the rooms are in comparison to a lot of other hotels. The benefits of sky tv, excellent shower pressure to settling down into a very comfortable bed that you won't want to get out of. This hotel is comfort at its best. And you'll be back again once you've stayed.

Very handy location. Staff quickly resolved an issue for me and went over and above with the solution. I moved rooms. Nice atmosphere in room. Nice bathrooms. Convenient parking. Lift was cute but took the stairs.

I had a meal which was ordinary, fish and chips. Wasn't great. Will try something else next time. Restaurant not really cozy for someone traveling alone. Very nice lemon, lime and bitters.

Location was perfect, 10min from pukekohe. Loved the peacefully quiet rooms. Beds were warm and snuggly . Definitely would stay again.

Location was perfect as we book in to the Tuakau Hotel to attend family or marae events. The hotel is Tuakau and close to food conveniences.

The room was not cleaned to the standard that we have been use to during previous stays. The floor appeared to not have been vacummed, the skirtings were dusty as we noticed this because our boys played with their cars and puzzles on the floor, he WIFI connection to the TV did not work, the heat pump was not in working order.

Loved it, very friendly and accommodating staff with extending our stay and making moving to another room towards the end of our stay smoothly by moving all of our belongings with no issues into the next room, especially while we attended a loved one's burial. Rooms were spacious and clean, Hotel close to local stores. Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone 10/10 for me and my girls. Will definitely be staying here again in our future trips😊

All the comforts and more that you want to have when away from home. This place is like a second home to me as it's always my 1st place I will look at booking to stay at before trying anywhere else. The reception staff are exceptional, the rooms are spacious and awesome. The hotel is so central. It's perfect

Didn't like much.

For an early check in there was a $20.00 fee. Hotels used to do this as a courtesy. Now they fleece you for any extra that they do. The room was smaller than a hallway closet. The check in clerk was flippant and not helpful.

I liked how my room was prepared and warm when I entered. I loved how convenient and central the room is to the entrance and even to the supermarket. I was comfortable and my bed was clean and I was warm and snug
