We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Although we only stayed for one night before picking up our motorhome for the rest of our trip to New Zealand we absolutely loved this hotel! Facilities were first class, the food in the restaurant was exceptional but most importantly it was the happy, cheerful nature of all of the staff we encountered in our short stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!

All Staff were EXCEPTIONAL, a special shoutout to Mark (concierge) who went above and beyond to ensure our stay and visit to Christchurch was enjoyable and memorable.
