Can't beat the location. Check in staff were lovely and the buffet brekkie was great. Beds were comfy and room was warm. For a hotel chain - everything was as it should be. We were happy :)

Car parking situation! Had to park on the street as carpark full and if you were lucky to get a park on the street otherwise park where ever an available car park was within walking distance

Great location, friendly team, clean and warm room.

Room 410 was large and very quiet. Reception were all efficient and polite. The location is great. On -street parking is limited, so it's best to book hotel basement well before arrival. GFL coffee shop is cosy and a great place to meet for a coffee.

Very noisy main road outside at night.alot of swearing and rowdy passers by. Would have liked to have been reminded of extra facilities when checking in. The.pillows were our only downside to room.

A very clean neat accommodation.friendly staff.secure.comfortable beds Great laundry facilities open until a good hour.close to town. Good value for money.

Limited parking spaces and we overlooked the little known fact that we should have booked ahead of time. The pillows were too high

Spacious rooms for a hotel Well located; only 5 to 10 minutes'walk to shopping, dining, sightseeing

Very basic and sparse rooms. There was a smell on every floor we went to (ground, 5th and 6th). The facilities were sparse too (only one washer and dryer in each laundry room for a large-ish hotel).

Location was good. Room was large

Paying for parking was not ideal

The hotel is central and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the room was lovely. The beds were really comfortable and the room was cleaned on our second day which was great. There was an ice machine next to our room which was ideal. Breakfast buffet was great lots of variety and staff were very friendly and welcoming
