Bathroom tap terribly designed. Kept leaking water onto the sink when it was turned on, and then onto the floor. Had to clean up several times during our 1 week stay.

I would like to offer is to introduce more variety in the vegetarian meal options by rotating the menu—this would add even more value for guests staying multiple days. Also, extending the spa hours until 10:00 PM would be a fantastic improvement, allowing guests more time to unwind in the evening.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, and I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and well cared for. A special mention goes to Camila & Vaibav whose warmth, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service truly stood out. They made my experience not just comfortable, but memorable. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing, and the service consistently exceeded expectations. The location of the hotel and the balcony view from the room were excellent and just breathtaking during especially at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary hot tub and sauna were also really good.

- The internal frosted window between the bathroom and the room. Terrible design in completely the wrong place. - Minor maintenance issues - leaking tap and non-working ventilator fan in the bathroom. - if you are serving rice congee for breakfast, you need to have a few more accompaniments with it or not to do it at all E.g. Salted duck eggs, fried dace with salted black beans, pickled veggies, fried shallots, etc.

The rooms unfortunately are very noisy. We were on the bottom floor and I could hear the above apartment getting ready for leaving at 4am. Then I could hear a person using the toilet in the middle of the night…. It ideal. Also when people gathered outside on their balconies the noise just comes straight in, not ideal when you’ve had a huge travel day and trying to get your kids asleep.

The view was amazing, the staff were lovely special mention the the lovely Man who checked us in and out, he was great. The lady looking after breakfast was lovely too. The breakfast was ok. Lucky I didn’t have to pay for my kids or I would’ve thought that was very poor value. The view from breakfast restaurant was amazing too.

The experience was welcoming, especially thanks to Rajesh at the reception and Mu during breakfast. The team that came to tidy up our room was also amazing. We received lovely packets of cookies upon arrival. Since we arrived late and were hungry, we were very grateful for that thoughtful gesture. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The towel rail was heated, and the water pressure in the shower was good. Also appreciated that the body lotion was well-stocked, which is often overlooked in many hotel operator. However, it would have been nice to have bottled water in the room and complimentary parking available.

I think the breakfast tends to be cold or cools down even if we're there just an hour after it opens. Other than this its really good, and has a nice healthy variety of choice.

The incl breakfast is a draw-card for us. Always good to start our day with a good brekkie. Clean apartments/ units as always and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The price is also well competitive.

Access from reception to room was either up outside stairs or up the driveway. No problem for our family but elderly guests could possibly find it more difficult.

No toaster or microwave in room. One or the other would have been nice. Appalled by cost of evening meal. Set price $60. Nil vegetarian option so for $60 all You could have was a plate of potato and veg. Desert was a scope of ice cream!

A bit far from the city. You need to take transport. There are no establishments nearby. I see people jogging in the early morning though so that could be an alternative if you like exercising.

Love the food in their Italian restaurant GRAZIE! I could eat there everyday. Although a bit outdated and they need to hire more staff. Comfy beds, big rooms. Nice view of Lake Wakatipu. Love the balcony. Breakfast was ok. Varied selection but they don't change the dishes. It's the same everyday.
