There's nothing bad i can say about our stay or the duration of being there. Absolutely a 10 out of 10

Everything was soo comfortable and homely, really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation that belong to Ina and her family.

I didn’t like the fact we had to park away from the house it was difficult finding a safe park off street when we came home later. However because we were there on the weekend we could use the parking right next door at the school.

I liked how peaceful and quiet the location was. I liked the large bathroom and the heated towel rail. The room was so warm even when the heater was off it stayed so warm all night. It had electric blanket which was lovely too. The bed was super comfy. It had all the extras too.

The host, Ina, was excellent in communicating via message and leaving so much information about Queenstown and the surrounding areas. The cleanliness and presentation were of high standard and we had a lovely stay here. Be mindful that it is not fully contained and does not have a kitchenette, but there is a small fridge, toaster and kettle for a light breakfast. Everything was handled incredibly well and professionally by Ina, who clearly knows what she's doing as a host!

It was great. Bus number 5 meant that there was really no issue with not being near the CBD.

My daughter and I arrived in Queenstown and discovered that our accommodation was not actually in the main Queenstown CBD. Not a big deal - catch bus number 5 and you are pretty much taken right to the door of this super cute accommodation. We shared the enormous bed, which was very comfortable. Shower had good stream and basic tea/ coffee facilities were provided. We tracked down somewhere to eat ( Franks Pizza and Restaurant), but because it’s a little out of town, those options were limited. Lovely spots to walk and trusty bus number 5 could take us everywhere we wanted. Due to this having no real kitchen, eating out was required.

No parking on site.. did not wish to park car on road as it was a rental.. I actually took a risk to park my rental at the school next door. Thankfully it wasn't during school hours, so it felt safer than parking on the road. (Skatepark & public toilets across the road hence the mis-trust with on road parking) Also, one towel per day provided to guests. However if u want more towels, 40 dollar charge. (Women need more towels for 2 showers daily most days) Didn't like having to reuse towels or make them last. Also, had to wash dishes in sink where I brush my teeth. Quite gross but oh well. We made do with what we had.

The comfort of the bed with all the extra pillows & cushions. The atmosphere on arrival was welcoming. The room smelt nice, access was easy and easily explained (despite our late arrival) Communication was great although I did not meet the lady or man in person. Bedding was clean, the entire room was nice. Shower was thoroughly cleaned

Abit far from city. Need to have car to be going around. Lack of carpark can be a hassle.

It’s was easy to find, clean and cosy. The hosts made a booklet to give advice on places and it was so thoughtful.

A little far out of town and only on street parking. Check in times should be 2pm. Many places now seem to be stretching it out to 3 or even 4pm.

Excellent set up, very professional. The presentation and cleanliness were wonderful. A fantastic king size bed for a great night's sleep. Thorough documentation and suggestions for local activities and food. Very well done.

No stove, you can't cook your own food,but they do have a microwave.

There was nowhere to wash the dishes other than the bathroom sink which isn't practical.

Great set up, well thought out by the owners with the extra shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee etc. Bed was so big and comfy which allowed for a relaxed stay. Leo the cat was super friendly and welcoming. great neighbourhood. The place was clean and tidy and also private. Having a private entry and exit was great. Lots of storage place for your belongings and was nice and quiet. Ina and Omid had great, clear communication, quick replys to messages and made you feel welcomed during the whole stay with information messages of where you can eat and go etc.

I honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this place.

Very clean, really lovely hosts with a great guest guide book, comfy bed/pillows, everything we needed, definitely recommend this place, also plenty of free parking near the property.
