The car parking spot markings were not marked properly and not set up in a logical way... a very minor thing, to be honest.

A bit expensive but it’s the same for all of wanaka. Kitchen met our needs but the appliances are old and need replacing, especially the stove top and pan which looked like it was in poor condition. Some condiments like salt and oil would be nice!

Karen was really responsive. Decently located (10min walk) from wanaka center, room was very warm in winter and beds were super comfortable.

It was lovely and warm and very spacious with everything you would need for a long term stay. It was very appreciated that when we woke up in the morning the motel management had kindly put towels onto vechiles windscreens to stop the overnight frost from causing a slow start to everyones morning. Fantastic.

The location, friendly staff, beautiful two bedroom apartment and thoughtful touches such as the staff placing a towel over our windscreen on our last night to prevent icing in case we were leaving early. Exceptional stay in an awesome Town.

While our stay was otherwise perfect, we did experience a moment of unease when we heard the Wanaka air raid siren. It was quite unsettling at the time. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide some information regarding this, perhaps a small note in the room, as we later discovered it was simply the local Fire Brigade calling in their crew for emergencies. Knowing this beforehand would have alleviated our concern. Despite the brief confusion with the siren, the exceptional service and comfortable amenities made for a very pleasant stay.

Our night's stay was exactly what we needed: no-frills and comfortable. The room was perfectly adequate for our family of four, providing a cozy base for the night. The true highlight of our stay was the incredibly accommodating staff. They were so flexible, offering an early check-in (though we didn't end up needing it), and went above and beyond with a truly thoughtful gesture: covering our windshield with a towel overnight to prevent frost, a common occurrence in the area. This small act of kindness made a big difference!

When we woke up in the morning, there was this loud siren and its just that there isn't any staff to talk to or ask what was that all about since we are not from there.

They have drop box for keys for late check in/early check out. Location is good with lots of establishments around

The shower is in dome, which was a bit claustrophobic And lots of rules for a guest to abide by whilst staying

Great location close to amenities and easy to walk from the motel to the main strip for meals. Nice room copy, good heating, and set up with a kitchenette that could be closed off from the main room
