Regarding the washing machine, housekeeping reported that the door was broken during your stay. We also want to remind that all our rooms are strictly non-smoking, and housekeeping noted a strong smoke smell in the room, along with the carpet being left extremely wet. This is why the additional fee was applied. We apologize if this was not made clear at the time of booking, and we will work on improving our communication about these policies. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the heating and WiFi issues and appreciate you bringing these to our attention.
