the location is great: it’s on the centre of Thames though it’s quiet, the mattress was very comfortable, clean and pretty new bed linen, spacious beds, nice and cooperative personnel.

There’s a confusion: no private rooms are available, and the option on Booking in reality is the same bed in dorm just king-size and not bunk bed, the rest is same same: no door, no privacy. Bathroom needs renovation: only one boiler is working, so amongst 3 shower cabins only one has hot water, the floor in the shower is dirty, walls are moldy, you can’t basically close the door in the shower cabin while the dorm is mixed for men and women.

No free meal. taken outside of property at Jaiswal bhojnalaya (indian cuisine). location of property is in centre, easily reachable point to four corner.

toilet was very small, even to wash after poo was not possible. water was not available. before toilet must check water, otherwise you would be in a hanging position like happen with me 3 times in 2 days (my booking for 3 days) at last i left before time frame. reception counter at ground floor and room & toilet allotted at 2nd floor. so any one can imagine the situation.

The beds were nice and private even in the dorms. And the location was perfect

The toilets were not clean at all. And also there was no water in the shower and toilets in multiple occasions during the day and no water in the toilets and shower during the night.

The cleanliness was very bad especially in toilets. Their is water shortage or something related in this hostel and the staff doesn't attend to this.

Sometimes the water wil not come, but the staff helped and fixed it quickly so it’s fine.

The location, the privacy that the ten bed dormitory had, the 8 bed dormitory was very cold because of the windows that permit that the air could enter easily. They have a kitchen where they let me use it to boil eggs. I could pay with a credit card but in Nepal there is always a 3.5 percent commission.

Unfortunately one day there was no water so I could not use the shower. the common area was used mostly by the family of the hostel, the staff were sleeping every night there, so I don't think it's a place where you want to sit and chill. It was very noisy sometimes and the smoke of the p

The price

Everything. The room wasn’t a room, it was just a dirty bed with a curtain that doesn’t block all the entrance. The shower and toilet were really dirty and broken. We were supposed to get breakfast and the staff didn’t know about it. Very disappointing.
