Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel staff were very professional and accommodating to my requests. We were a big family staying there over a week for a wedding and they were very supportive with their perks like adding kids, extra beds, baggage handling, etc. Their airport pickup service was also fantastic - picked us up from late night landings. The breakfast was incredible - big variety from Nepalese to European style breakfasts. Purnima from the staff team was the best - dealt with us like a family member and was my grandma's personal favorite.

AustraliaThe only minor downside was the lights that light up the stunning exterior weren't completely blocked out by the curtains but it's a very minor complaint. Maybe they could be turned off late at night.
We had a wonderful 4 days at Maya Manor. All the staff were lovely, the large room was so comfortable. The building was beautiful. We enjoyed quality breakfasts daily, and had two lovely dinners at the hotel also. We also indulged in some spa treatments that were also high quality and well priced. We would stay here again on our next trip.

Our checkout time was quite early in the morning, and since I was traveling with my family, the hotel kindly arranged a boxed breakfast for us, so we could enjoy it on our way to airport. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. We also loved the historical significance of the place, which added to the charm of our stay. It was a truly memorable experience for us!

My apartment room was very comfortable and the linnen was changed every day. Breakfast had great variety and the hotel menu has something for everyone.
