Breakfast was nice and the location was close to the historical place that I could see the parts of palace......

The location and the rooftop was grt, loved the breakfast on the rooftop...

Suman, the manager, was super kind and provided us with info about the Nepali New Year. He accompanied and helped to get some medication and got us yoghurt for breakfast on request. Nice warm shower. Also, the location and the rooftop are brilliant. All sights are within walking distance. It was so nice to stay at Bakthapur for a few days. I don't understand why most people choose to visit it on a daytrip only.

We had a lovely spacious room at the front, but it was a bit too noisy to our taste. However, changing to a room at the back was no problem (only a bit smaller).

Centralised location, ard 250m to Durbar Sq. Nice view from the roof top garden. The host are friendly and helpful, they served a good coffee and breakfast. Thanks for the hospitality

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Bhaktapur Durbar square. The rooms are clean, and the staff is highly efficient, making the stay very comfortable.

However, management should be transparent about the entrance fee required to access the square, which costs around 1,800 Nepali rupees for foreigners for a two-day pass.

Great, central location, an easy walk totemples and squares. Easily accessible by taxi from Kathmandu. Warm welcome from staff. Comfortable ensuite room with western toilet.

Shower was hot and good but fiddly to use.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, just off Durbar squarre, but in a side street, so it's quiet. The owners and staff are very pleasant and hospitable. Breakfast was excellent on the terrace overlooking the old town. The room was clean and well furnished, beds comfortable, hot water running, wifi was sufficient.

A warm welcome from the owner of the Hotel ready to answer any questions or request as well as improving what would be representing an added value for the guests. Welll located (few walking minutes from the heart of the old city) the top floor is providing a nice 360 degrees view.

Great location and super friendly staff. Rooftop breakfasts were great - views of the Old Town and surrounding hills are amazing from up there. Our room was spacious and en-suite bathroom had shower over bath and lots of hot water!

All fine. The new young manager and his wife have recently taken over and are keen to make improvements. It needs a coat of paint and general refreshment, but meanwhile it is good value anyway.

Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Management was new and that's why they don't have many reviews. They were so nice. Breakfast which was included was also very good.

A little bit of noise (traffic and dogs) in early evening but it wasn't a big problem for me.

Please make sure you have cash to pay the entrance fee, when canning inside the temple area the hotel location requires you to pay the entrance fee of $1800 NRP upon your arrival 2024

The owner was really friendly and was very helpful when I had some logistical issues and got them sorted out for me. Location is right next to durbar square

Love the location in the middle of Bhaktapur. The rooftop view is amazing and ++ for the breakfast included. Room is super clean and staff is very welcoming and helpful
