Everyone who works here is very kind, friendly and helpful. They helped with all my questions and supported me in ongoing journeys. The breakfast was perfect and the view is amazing. Quiet street right next to the busy street. Highly recommend.

Even though I made an effort to have all my meals within the facility, I found that the quality and overall dining experience did not quite meet expectations. I truly appreciate the kindness and dedication of the dining and lunch staff — they were warm, attentive, and professional. However, I believe there's an opportunity for the management to enhance the guest experience. Expanding the menu, improving food quality and variety could make a meaningful difference. With a few thoughtful changes, the dining experience could become just as memorable as the rest of the stay.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions in and around the Thamel area. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality—I was truly treated like family when I was departing for the airport, which made the experience especially memorable.

On our return from Pokhara and Chitwan, we spent two nights at this hotel before returning to Türkiye, and we wished we had spent all our nights there. We had a much better hotel experience than the 5-star The Malla Hotel, where we first arrived. The breakfast was wonderful, both in variety and taste. We also enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. The staff was very attentive and helpful. When we return to Kathmandu again in october we will definitely stay at this hotel without any further adventure. The hotel is new and clean, its location is excellent and quiet, and it even has a refrigerator, which even the other 5-star hotel we paid twice the price didn't have. There's also a free airport transfer. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Located very near the main shops of Thamel, but down a quiet back street (although you might get still get some general city noise). Room good, spa in room was a bonus. Staff was helpful when we needed to do some repacking.

All excellent! I was given a beautiful room with a view of the mountains and l extended my stay, it was my first time in Kathmandu and l stayed for 4 nights, couldn’t ask for more. I was picked up at the airport. All the staff is so kind. Breakfast is a buffet with different options everyday. Perfectly clean. I had complimentary spa access which was relaxing. The location is more than perfect, in Thamel but in a quiet street, where there is a small grocery, a beauty salon, a good restaurant, a small eatery and a yoga studio and a cafe (All recommended) They even kept my luggage for days free of charge. Thank you so much.

I stayed here with my husband and we couldn't be happier with this hotel! Absolutely luxury and confort! The staff is exceptional and very professional, they help you in anything you need. The breakfast is very good and if you decide to have a meal in their restaurant it's also very good, with a great view over the city! They even have a little sauna and jacuzzi for extra relax and disconnection!! And they provide the transfer service to or from the airport which I also used! I totally recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Katmandu this is where I want to stay!!
