Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The name speaks for itself - beautiful rooms, great food, nice SPA servies, kind and caring staff. It is located in a nice area of Kathmandu - away from city noise yet close to Thamel - the main shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again~

United KingdomRenovations were going on which we didn't know about before. There are many weddings and events going on in the garden and pool area which sometimes makes it difficult to use the pool.
The suite was very comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that some renovations were going on along the corridor. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely. All in all a lovely stay in a historic hotel with lots of character. This was our second stay and they gave us the same room at our request.

GermanyIt is not elderly friendly. Too many steps to climb from the restaurant. The rooms have no view at all. A small window that it has was not allowed to open it.it felt suffocating inside the room. Breakfast was poor for that quality of hotel because bacon, ham and sushi were not so warm/fresh. Boiled eggs were over boiled. But it had big variety of drinks.
I put my parents to stay here. The staff were super helpful, clean rooms and the beautiful gardens.Modern yet well kept Nepali tradition.

United KingdomThere is nothing not to like here except for those who don't like to walk because it is about 15 mins from Thamel, the main tourist area, however, the hotel can arrange taxis for those that need it.
The best thing about this hotel is the tranquillity. It's set back from the road with security and a (for us) short walk from Thamel, about 15 mins. The room was large, clean with a modern bathroom. It exhibits "old world charm" with all the modern conveniences. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool area is also discreetly sheltered from the hotel itself within a nice garden area.
