The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.

It’s a bit noisy in the morning, but it’s probably expected due to the location. Also for some strange reason there was only steaming hot water and not cold.

I liked everything.

The stuff was very kind, they even provided me hair dryer when I requested. The bed was quite cozy. Amazing position in the UNESCO heritage. The breakfast was really great!

The rooms were quite small but that does not matter, they were clean and comfortable. If you have trouble walking make sure to enquire for room on lower floor as the stairs to the higher floors are quite steep.

Very friendly and polite staff. Very clean and in amazing location. The roof terrace gives a great view, you can see the square. The breakfast was delicious!! The pancakes and yoghurt made a nice change to the usual hotel breakfast given in Nepal.

Wonderful.stay at this traditional hotel. The location was excellent and is run by a wonderful team who makes sure your stay is more than comfortable. The breakfast was super and loads of it, too. We also had an evening meal here, which was very good. The hotel offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended!

The room was a bit small

The location is just perfect: near all the city centre but accessible by taxi. The staff was super kind and attentive. My room had everything I needed. I loved the rooftop: perfect for a beautiful breakfast watching the mountains and the city centre.

I highly recommend RUPAKOT Hotel. The staff is just amazing, trying their best to reply to any of your queries. The location is fantastic. The room is very confy with a good mattress, hot shower, and fan. The breakfast provided in the morning is just delicious ! One of the best I have ever had ! Definetly the place to stay during your trip in Bhaktapur !

The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious, with reasonable prices that offer great value. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. The hotel is also perfectly located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the local attractions.

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps being on a busy street with my bête noire, the motorcycle. But at night it was quiet.

The breakfast was the best and largest free breakfast in my 52 years on the road.
