The location of the hotel is in a prime area adjacent to the fewa lake. The staff are very nice, helpful and responsive. The complementary breakfast is yummy with delicious items.

I stayed at Hotel Eco Tree in Pokhara with 4 of my friends, traveling from Bangladesh and we had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. One of the reception staff, Manisha Gurung, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She guided us about the best places to visit, helped us plan our daily trips, and even arranged a thrilling rafting adventure for us. Even after we checked out, she kindly stored our luggage, which made our day much easier. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool is small but perfect for relaxing. The location of the hotel is excellent just a 2-3 minute walk from Phewa Lake. The free breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety. Overall, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pokhara!

The roof top pool bar was not in service. However staff were accommodating and brought food and drinks up after we ordered over the phone. Some areas of the hotel were showing signs of age and in need of repair, for example our bathroom ceiling was heavily water stained.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful Niraj (lok Bahadur) and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location, walkable distance to everything, staff was very polite and helpful. Both the ones working during the day and the night staff. I always felt very welcomed. Pool was good because of the temperatures outdoors, great views to the lake and mountains from there :)

Some of the facilities are a bit broken. An ants nest had hatched in the plywood cladding in our room (the staff were quick to clean it up) Also unfortunately the view from the pool is now blocked by a huge concrete building

The sink was cracked in the washroom and the carpet was dirty.

The staffs were really good to the guests. They arranged us the rooms when we arrived Pokhara early in the morning. The substitute room was given to us for rest and then they gave us another room which we loved it. They really cared for the guests who stayed there.

The staffs are really humble and helpful. Always cooperated with us and took care of us. Location is also good, very close to lakeside. They well maintained cleanliness and amenities were also good.

The pool was freezing cold so we didn't swim (which was disappointing as this was the reason we booked this place). The service was kind of strange as they would call us and wake us up to tell us to come down for breakfast.. even though breakfast was supposed to be available for over an hour longer. We've never had this at a hotel before where they would call to wake you up to eat breakfast on their timeline.. not exactly the leisurely wake up that we expected lol. The breakfast was usually cold except for the eggs.. so I think they had it sitting out for quite sometime. We stayed at a different hostel for our last night for a much lower price and better stay in my opinion.

Great location with awesome restaurants close by. The beds were really comfortable and the staff were attentive. Rooms were clean and very large. They allowed a late checkout.
