Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

GermanyThe address in booking was wrong, when I arrived there by taxi no one knew the hotel. Then I called the reception, they could not help me. I found it by google maps, when I came there no one cared about telling them that their address is wrong and they should change it. The room smelled like someone had smoked there.
The location was very close to the airport and it was very cheap.

New ZealandRoom did not have all facilities described in room description eg no fan. Sheets were not clean and smelt of smoke. Breakfast was included in the price, but consisted of a cup of tea and a slice of white bread! I kid you not! We asked if they had any jam for the bread and they said it was an extra charge, 😂

NepalThe room was full of insects and also smell like insects and also the beds are full of dirtiness like they didn't wash after one time use and alot of hairs are there in beds and pillows. there is also no toilet paper. after entering in room i am just seeing dust in air near bright lights it's also soo suffocating.
i only like the place where it's located because from there it's so easy to find local transport.
