Room was clean and provided with all kind of facilities. The staff was kind and very helpful to choose and organize the activities. Location is very beautiful with good views, especially for sunrise and sunset.

The room was quite big and very clean. What I definitely appreciated the most about this Hotel was Suraj, the owner. He helped me book a Canoe Tour and Jungle walking for a very good price. Mohan and Ramesh were very good guides in the National Park. Furthermore he helped me book a Jeep Safari and organized a Tuk Tuk driver for my way to the bus station. All in all he was very helpful as just genuinely a very nice human being

Great place to stay in SAURAHA. The room was clean and spacious. Food is delicious. The safari organise by the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend to all the travellers to stay in this hotel. They do not offer elephant safari to anyone so I love it. Thank you for having me in your place

First time traveling in Nepal and I wasn’t even in the country and Suraj (the owner) helped me so much with everything in the best way possible! I arrived to the hotel feeling like I knew the family already all because of the help and comfort that they made me feel before I travel. After traveling it just got better! Never been traveling in a place that made me feel so much like I was home as the national park sauraha hotel. From the people, to the food, to the location and to the activities! They made me love Nepal at the first sight for having so much caring and professionalism at the same time! Amazing is the word that I find to describe how incredible it was! Thank you for making me love this country and for making me wanna come back as soon as I can! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my trip in the amazing Nepal 🤩

Everything in Chitwan was so easy thanks to their help. I only had one full day and one half day there, but I was able to do everything I wanted—at a great price too. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to ensure your stay at the hotel and your safari tours are perfect. Without a doubt, I’ll stay at this hotel again if I return to Chitwan!

We had a great time at Hotel National Park. The facilities are simple but clean and have we everything we needed. The family that owns the hotel is really nice and helpful, and the organization of the safaris was also on point. We will be back if we return to Chitwan.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel National Park in Sauraha! The hospitality was top-notch—the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure I was comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed. The location is perfect—peaceful, yet close to the main attractions and the Chitwan National Park. They also helped arrange jungle activities, which made the whole experience even better. You can trust them to book the jungle safari as they offer the highly skilled and experience guide If you are looking for a hotel that's does not support elephant rights and nature friendly this is the best option. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and warm Nepali hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sauraha!

It’s a nice place with lovely people and good food. But most of all the service is amazing! They picked me up from the bus, arranged all the safaris for me, booked the bus tickets and I could ask them anything! The atmosphere was so nice, definitely an amazing place to stay!

Nice vibe with Garden, balcony and good view. Restaurant and breakfast and kind employees. Everything will be organized for you if you want and the owner makes an effort for a pleasant stay. Can recommend!

Don't hesitate to book. The staff are amazingly friendly and will make you feel right at home. They also organize a lot of different tours and have knowledgeable and funny guides. Everything was perfect. Stayed an extra day because of the great service. They will help you with anything, show you around town and have good food options as well. Highly recommend.

Super minor: the bed sheets weren’t that soft Lots of bugs in Chitwan area so pack long pants and get bug spray for any outdoor activities

Honestly 10/10 experience at this amazing hotel! Suraj and the whole team were so friendly and helpful through my whole stay, offering tips/advice, helping arrange safari and bus ticket, even with pick up/drop off at the bus stop. Morning canoe/walking safari was very nice as it was with a very small group exclusively from our hotel and the guides were great! Afternoon half day jeep safari was with a larger group from other hotels too (10 people total) but was a great experience to get deeper into the forest! Booked all of this with Suraj when I arrived so no pre-planning needed - lots of options to book one day or multi-day safaris Deluxe king room was nice with hot shower, good wifi, and decent AC unit in room (much needed given how hot it was).

Really lovely hotel, 10 minutes walk from town, making it nice and peaceful but still close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Ran by a lovely and really helpful family. Able to organize tours and travel from the hotel for fair prices. Definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and they also arranged a very nice tour for me. The tour price was similar to what you'd find outside, but the convenience of organizing everything directly through the hotel made it much easier. They even picked me up from the bus station when I arrived, which was a big help. Most tours in the area seem to start from around here, so the location is perfect too. Highly recommend!

We liked everything about the National Park Hotel, it really has no bad points. Friendly and helpful wherever possible. We had the best food and the best guides. We saw absolutely everything but tiger. The food was bettere than any we saw in town. Comfortable bed and loads of hot water. There are paddy fields around that attract lots of birds.
