Great value, walking distance to the park. It is family owned and the owners were incredibly helpful in every way. When I needed some supplies, he gave me a ride to the ATM, pharmacy, and different shops for free. He also arranged different safari tours that were way better than anything you can find online through viator or getyourguide. For example, off-season jeep safari for 3000 Nepali rupees vs 6000 online. Or canoe and jungle walking yours for $10 and $25.

I had a great stay at the Hotel National Park. Suraj took good care that I have an amazing stay. The safari with Surya and Som was also great with Surya telling us many informations and Som taking care of our safety. We were really lucky and saw 7rhinos, many deers and some garhials as highlights.

Great place to stay! The family who own it were beyond lovely and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk to collect me from the next door town after a terrible bus journey, organised brilliant safaris (I saw 7 rhinos in the jeeps, some very close!) and helped to get the bus to Bandipur. He would WhatsApp when Rhinos could be spotted in the village to come and see. The hotel was clean, great location, has mosquito nets over the bed and good working fans (it is very hot in Chitwan in end of May!!).

Be aware that it's a little out of the main town (about 15 mins walk), and with rhinos roaming around, the relatively short walk can be a bit daunting. But they'll drop you into town if you ask 😊

Abolutely loved my stay. This is a real family-run hotel, and they work so hard to make your stay perfect. The rooms are simple but a good size and very comfy. They were also very clean, and the ac was a huge benefit (definitely get an ac room if you're there in the hotter months). Breakfast every day was excellent, and I also enjoyed their dinner food. They'll seamlessly organise tours for you and were able to adapt mine to my injured foot, which included two Jeep safaris and a lovely canoe trip. They'll also organise any onward travel plans. and drop you to/from the bus station. Definitely great value for money and highly recommended.

I really love this place, has it all! Excellent service, they are very helpful, nice staff and the facilities are very good. Rooms have it all, even 2 complementary bottles of water, kettle, mosquito net, toothbrush/toothpaste kit, Toilet paper (A luxury in accommodations in Nepal to this range of price). Welcome drink, help me with my luggage to the room, book all my activities with good price. If you want to stay near the center, this is a 15 minutes walk from it. It really didnt bother me, I prefer to stay in quite places, walking out to a view of farms. I can definitely recommend to stay here.

Good location, friendly and helpful owners (Suraj, otherwise known as Brother, and Sister), Sister is a great cook, accommodation is basic but clean and appealing. Open layout makes meeting other travelers easy. We would return again.

The property was clean and spacious with balconies. Rooms were basic but ideal and beds were comfy. The staff were exceptional, all so so kind and constantly looking out for you wanting to make sure you have the best experience of the park. Hugely recommend!!!!

I stayed 4 nights, and it was amazing! The owner and staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. The room is also nice and clean with a hot shower. I also booked the canoe and walking safari here, and it was super nice! I saw multiple rhinos, crocodiles, and much more! I also met a lot of nice people here, which is nice when you are a solo traveller. I really recommend this place!

What a nice and welcoming place. Specially the manager Suraj make the stay significantly more pleasant. He will go far and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. Rooms are quite basic but adequate and to my satisfaction. Food is tasty and good. Location is a little beyond the town but easy to reach by foot. Quiet area and close to the elephant training camp and river beyond. Would definitely recommend...

Staff went above and beyond, especially Suraj, who runs the place. Tours were good and we saw plenty of Rhinos and a sloth bear up close. Don’t expect to see a tiger as they are extremely rare. Food and drinks were good!

We had a great 2 night stay. The owners are awesome and so is the location. We were taken for a sunset walk on the afternoon we arrived, and were lucky to see a wild elephant, some crocodiles, wild rhinos, and many beautiful birds. The hotel helped us to book an amazing day with canoeing, a walking tour, and a jeep safari. All were great value and wonderful experiences. We also saw sloth bears, peacocks and spotted deer. A 5* stay for sure and well recommended.

A home away from home, Suraj and his lovely family made my stay so special in Chitwan. The hotel is set in the most idyllic setting, slightly away from the hustle and bustle but still within a short walking distance. We got to see a Rhino visit the neighbourhood twice during my stay. The hotel is super comfortable, the food is amazing, and Suraj literally goes out of his way to help you book your activities for the stay (safaris, walks, canoeing etc) and also helps with onward travel plans. I'm glad I got the opportunity to stay here and look forward to returning again soon. Thank you Suraj 🙏

The hotel staff (a family) was exceptionally friendly and helpful in giving each guest the experience they wished, and were accommodating about all details to suit your schedule of a jungle walk or safari. The safari guides were seasoned professionals who knew everything about the land and its wildlife. I cannot stress enough how important trust is on safari! We saw many animals and birds, and had a wonderful time. The hotel also attracts guests who are real travelers, also a pleasure to spend time with. Great vibe.
