Some of the twin rooms are really small, but if you spend most of your day outside it’s ok. Nothing else!

amazing little guesthouse with super friendly and helpful owner. We enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop, the amazing view, and we got a great recommendation about a local festival during our stay. Great location, highly recommended!

The only area to improve would be cleanliness. It was cleaner than many places, but really needs a scrub and this place would be rated well in every area.

Comfortable twin room, small, but well planned, near Patan Museum and many temples. The breakfast is quite good, the host is very nice and wants to please. The price is very reasonable given the location. Hot water showers each morning is nice. Not always available in Nepal! View from the rooftop breakfast table is wonderful.

The owner of this accommodation is really friendly. We arrived early in the morning but that was no problem, we could check in and already enter our rooms. This accommodation has a nice roof top where the breakfast is served in the morning. We had the best breakfast during our stay in Nepal at this accommodation. We would definitely recommend this place!

The location near Patan Durbar Square is good, just a very short walk. The owner is so nice, accommodating, friendly, helpful and makes amazing breakfast that you can eat on a rooftop terrace where you can see the Kathmandu city. The bed was amazingly soft and had very clean bedsheets, the best bed in my whole time in Nepal.

The location is near Patan Darbar Square and many other temples. The room I stayed in was good, comfortable, and secure. The terrace is a great place to chill and relax in the evening. Chandan Dai is a good fella, always trying to help. I will recommend this to others.

The room I booked was very small and didn´t have enough space to do my yoga practice. But they moved me to a bigger room after a few days, that was pretty thoughtful. Wifi isn't very estable at night time

The shower could be a bit uncomfortable as is next to the toilet seat so that gets wet. For me it wasn’t a problem :)

The homestay is located few minutes walk to Durban square. There is a supermarket just down the road and many affordable local restaurants if you want to eat out. The room was spotless. The breakfast was the best I had in my whole trip in Nepal. The owner will make his best to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend anyone staying here and spending few nights in Patan. I love it! I will go back when in Nepal

Because it is so close to the centre, the area is obviously a bit busier but I guess "you win some, you lose some."

The host is extremely kind and generous. Chandai Dai goes out of his way to make things comfortable and easy for you. I mentioned that I work online and have meetings online so he switched my room and gave me a quieter room for my calls. He has a lot of knowledge that he is happy to share. The location is excellent. It's a 2-minute walk from Patan Durbar Square, which is beautiful. Lots of good places to eat and beautiful alleyways to discover. Gives you a great glimpse into the local culture. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Overall, a great value for money
