Nice, spacious clean rooms. Staff were excellent- friendly and ready to help arrange anything you need, but not pushy at selling tours, etc. Picked me up from the airport, arranged a sim card delivered to the hotel, even volunteered to walk me to the nearest atm lounge- hardly necessary, but much appreciated. Strongly recommend!

There is always a switch to turn on to make sure you have hot water for a shower.

The location in Kathmandu was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I came here repeatedly whenever I returned to Kathmandu.

Almost nothing, even though I didn’t see any elevators but the staff will help you with the luggages, maybe bit noisy well that is because its location in heart of Thamel but it doesn’t really affect me, as long as all the basic facilities like AC, hot water, and cleaness is above the line.

Its location, the owner and the staff are so friendly and contactable, able to provide my request and helpful! You have options for payment whether cash in NPR and any currencies also with card. They also provide the airport transfer which is very helpful! so that’s why I stay here 2 nights and extended for 5 nights!

Street with traffic so rooms at the front of buildings with high noise. No elevator so be aware in case of big luggage

Location very near all the bars and action in Thamel. Staff very helpful, special mention Sougat and Yogesh. Possibility to store luggage. Confortable bed Water Boiler is provided with some coffee powder + sugar. For this quality of the facility and location, difficult to beat this price. They offered option to pick up a the airport, very convenient ! Option to even grab breakfast at the lobby

There was nothing I didn't like. I was happy with everything . However, it would be nice to have a more pleasant seating area to drink coffee and eat breakfast. Perhaps in the upstairs area which is not often used and has a balcony.

The hotel was very clean. Particularly my bedroom and bathroom. The bedding was also clean and there was a mattress protector too. Most places I've stayed in don't provide this. The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Yogesh, a member of staff, also accompanied me to the bus station, to make sure that I set off safely for my onward journey. The location of the hotel is great. Near shops and some great cafes.

This hotel literally saved my trip. First I was looking around for good USD exchange spots but none with good rates, hotel boss offered me a very good one that covered the cost of my trek to manaslu. Then after I got scammed very badly on the trek and came with significantly low cash, he accepted me and offered a cheap ride to the airport. The boss is responsive, kind and helpful. My trip in Nepal can’t be completed without him and his family and staff. The breakfast was also very good value considering it’s included (way better than the mountain ones)

I liked everything and will stay here again for any future trip. Recommended for anyone, single or couples.

The location is fantastic, just off the main busy street, quieter. The room is as shown in the photo, simple and clean. Every staff member is exceptional, and they never say no to any requests. The owner is flexible and super friendly. The breakfast: cappuccino, latte, banana pancake, toast, and eggs can be prepared any way you want.
