The rooms are exceptionally clean and very stylish. Great location, close to everything and very quiet. Good shower and the best bed ever! Everybody that works here is extremely friendly and helpful to a level that I have never experienced before. Everything is possible with their help. We are very grateful and there is no doubt we ll be back on our next trip.

The only drawback is there is no lift in this hotel. But hotel staff is very nice and assisted us to carry our luggages to the rooms and down to the lobby.

The staff is very friendly. My friend did not realize that he left his bags in the hotel lobby when we headed to the airport. The hotel staff chased the taxi with his motorcycle to deliver the bags to us. We couldn’t thank him more.. The rooms were clean and nice with proper wet/dry area in the bathroom. You don’t see this that often in this type of boutique hotels in Nepal that often. We stayed in Kathmandu 5 nights and only stayed in this hotel one night. I wish I had stayed there more nights.

I had a great time in this hotel. Clean, hot shower (glass door shower!), great light in a room. I enjoyed the hotel so much that I booked it again in the end of my trip to Nepal! Hotel personnel is SUPER FRIENDLY. They helped me with my needs, booked taxi! I also enjoyed the breakfast which was included - it was filling and tasty! I strongly recommend this place!

The staff was very welcoming and extraordinarily helpful. The hotel only has a small amount of rooms, which makes the place tranquil and cozy. A great place to rest up during your stay in this busy and chaotic city. We had a lovely stay and we can't recommend them enough.

Everything! It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in on all my travels around the world. The quality of the room and the service from the staff was PERFECT! The room was quiet, super clean, homely, modern, bed was super comfy, shower was nice and the little touches like a selection of teas and coffees were all great. Cheap laundry service, room cleaned every day, extra helpful staff who are there 24 hours. The location is also a 10 min walk from Durbar Square. They also looked after my luggage whilst I went to climb Everest Base Camp and put me in the same room on my return. As a solo female British traveller I would definitely recommend for the amazing price! I can’t fault it! Thank you for a lovely stay 🙏🏼

I stayed at the Karma Boutique Hotel four nights all together. I loved everything there! The stuff was incredibly nice and helpful, the contact via email was immediate. My room was beautiful - decorated with Nepalese art, very spacious, with super comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a small lane, very quiet and only 2 min walk to the streets full of shops, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend this location, would love to come back!

Nothing, really. One detail: it could be nice to have a scraper in the bathroom to be able to dry the floor more quickly after taking a shower. Other than that, nothing to add! 😊

We liked the place, very cosy. It is a small hotel so you quickly feel at home as the receptionist recognises you easily. It is in a quiet street with no noise, but still in the heart of Tamel The people at the reception are very helpful and willing to give advice, organise trips for you, etc. We asked for the organisation of a bus trip to Chitwan and the choice of the bus was excellent (very safe driver). We had to change our plans multiple time just before our arrival and it was always done with a lot of flexibility and kindness. The big plus was the reactivity for answers. I ways had an answer to my questions within 15 minutes. Amazing! I would definitely go back if I come to Kathmandu again

Very clean and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good laundry service. Very good relation price quality. We had a sudden flight change and they were extremely helpful letting us stay for another night - moreover until the situation was clarified with the airline we were in our rooms exceeding the check out time.
