Spa & wellness is quite expensive for locals.

A good place for vegetarians, local buses, taxis are available within good fare if you are from Kathmandu or nearby. The staff are helpful and coordinated in the best way.

The only downside for now is the road leading to the hotel. Also, while non-vegetarian options are now available, they are a bit pricey and served at a different location.

It’s a great place, conveniently located near Kathmandu city center. Although the road leading to the hotel is still under construction, it should improve in time. We traveled with kids over the weekend, and the facilities were excellent — the children especially enjoyed the swimming pool and playground. The magic show was a delightful bonus. Rooms were clean, breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

Very noisy by the pool, loud music would start at 10am and when we stayed it continued on till 11pm. This wasn't great as the rooms aren't very soundproof. It should also be displayed upon booking thay the "Free City Shuttle" is one way only. Either drop of or pickup, not both.

Anish at reception was super helpful with tips on how to get into Bhaktapur. The breakfast was great, and lovely that is was all vegetarian. The room was beautifully presented and very comfortable.

The swimming pool was not really friendly. No chairs, no shade, no service. We decided to leave after waiting 15 mins at the empty bar.

The location was over a flight path and just up from the main road so if you're looking for total peace and quiet, you might not find it here. Only audible when hanging by the pool, the rooms are totally soundproof. Also, some more sun loungers round the pool would be great so there's enough for all the guests. Also general ambient music in the restaurants for breakfast and dinner would be awesome..

Wow! This stay exceeded our expectations in everyday. We came for my birthday and we were not disappointed in any regard. The food in the restaurant was absolutely exceptional, we are on a fairly tight budget and were worried the restaurant might be a little expensive but we were so pleasantly surprised to see it was not that much more than Kathmandu city prices. Like I said before, the food was incredible. The buffet breakfast was diverse, fresh and so delicious. The menu for lunch and dinner was also diverse and it was just so so delicious. Staff in the restaurant were so friendly, particularly Sangam who was such a friendly face and helped to organise a birthday cake for me. The staff working in all areas of the hotel were exceptionally friendly, warm, professional and helpful. They all truly deserve to be looked after well. The spa was wonderful, the steam room and jacuzzi was particularly good and the simple gym had enough to do a little workout too. We loved the swimming pool! You could see that some finishing touches are still to come across the hotel but it doesn't distract from how wonderful it was. Thank you!

The spa experience is definitely worth booking. After I had a massage, I could use the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - felt like heaven! Everything I ate in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and staff were all very attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean & spacious.

The spa experience was the most fulfilling. Enjoyed swimming, Jaccuzi, steam and sauna. Being a vegetarian myself, I felt safe and special to spend time in a hospitality that served vegetarian exclusively.

It was abdolutely vegetarian resort which was not disclosed at time of booking. We were ensured nonveg from cloud kitchen but later no one helped on it. Staffs were not very hospitable

Staff has another understanding of service than in western countries. It was a bit too much for me. Felt watched in the spa area and would have liked a bit more privacy in different situations (also in restaurant for example or at the gym). So a bit less would be more. I didn’t feel comfortable like this.
