Bathtoom was too small so i needed to adjust myself to take a shower or use the toilet... no problem for me, but it was not comfortable one for sure

Its situated almost in the heart of baktapur and easy to reach to all the attraction in darbar square, its clean, nice and cozy... very good wifi and attentive staff, owner is a very nice guy... he take care of his customer very well

Not a big deal but space to improve for the bathroom:)

Initially booked for just one night but ended up extending my stay for a few more! Perfectly located in the heart of the heritage area, just steps away from Bhaktapur Durbar Square and within walking distance to most iconic sights. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly, super attentive and informative, making it a warm and comfortable place to relax and recharge. The rooftop restaurant is a gem, offering seasonal views over the Kathmandu Valley. I spent every morning after the complimentary home-cooked breakfast just soaking in the peaceful rooftop atmosphere:)

The location is great. Very near to the Heritage site ( Bhaktapur Durbar Square) . Staff were very nice to us. Very helpful.

The ambience of the Hotel was very nice. Quiet rooms . They have recently opened a new building. The room was very comfy. Breakfast was very good. Sulav the owner of the Hotel was very nice to me. He described every thing about Bhaktapur.

Excellent location right next to the square, large room, a bit outdated, reasonable bed, no dark curtains in the room, if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, it is advisable to prepare an eye mask, the room is flooded with light in the morning. At this price, good value, don't have too high expectations from the room...

I think the place could have been run with more attention to a few little things, like cleaning out flower pots with cigarette butts in them. There are a few more examples but they escape me after a grueling flight over the Pacific.

The breakfast was adequate though I had to wait 30-45 minutes on occasion.

The room was great. Comfy bed and amazing shower. However, when we arrived by taxi, we were followed by a man on a motorbike who demanded we paid 1,800 each for the entrance fee to Bhakatpur. This was a surprise to us and not a very good first impression. It would have been nice to be told about this entrance fee before we arrived so we weren’t greeted by an angry man and forced to pay a lot of money that we weren’t expecting. Not the hotel’s fault but maybe they could inform guests about this extra payment before they arrive. Also, the free breakfast was really small and we ended up going out and buying breakfast every day after eating it. Other than that, the hotel was really good.

Excellent location, pleasant hospitality Please note that the price does not include additional taxes of $ 15 which were not stated in advance This means that the price for taxes is more than double the price of the room

Honestly, the only thing I didn't enjoy was breakfast. It is very basic and not very tasty in my opinion. They should consider maybe adding a few more options as it felt very limited.

The room matches the pictures and description. It's a bit cold at night but at least the hot water in the shower works great. Wifi was generally good. Within walking distance to Durbar square and very easy to find. The place gets a bit noisy sometimes but if you wear earplugs it should be fine. The young guy working at the reception speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful and he also plays the guitar! Good value for money.

Bathroom is really basic and a bit small, but for us that was okay.

The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The roof terrace was really nice and offered good views over the city and some snowy Mountain tops.

My go to place when in KTM. Less crowded and way more peaceful than Kathmandu, and same distance from airport. The place is truly a home away from home, and the owners as so welcome and caring
