Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe host is incredibly kind and accommodating to the needs of guests. He was easily reachable on WhatsApp to be let into the house at check-in and for further needs during the stay. The house is located at the back of an alley and is near the airport by taxi if you ask for The White Monastery, located across the street. The room was large and had plenty of space and was comfortable most nights, though a fan is a good idea when the weather gets hot. The wall sockets are universal plug style so any electronics you bring can be used without an adapter. Bathroom and kitchen is shared but is generally well maintained and clean. The other guests during my stay were very helpful in their own right, the house really felt like a small community during my 2 weeks. Thanks for a great stay :-) I will be back the next time I'm in Kathmandu!

I like the most our host and his family - very friendly and ready to help with everything! I came late at night, almost at 12, and Lu was waiting for me till the end. The property also very close to Stupa and in isolated location.

NepalI was traveling and had to work remotely. I specifically booked this property hoping that the internet connection would be better and safer than a hotel. However, i have had really hard time with the wifi connection. Also, the mobile service single inside the room was bad.
The location is pretty decent.

Russia1. NO solar or any hot water from the tape in bathroom.. Only one tape with cold water, 2. Very cold inside the room (12-14 February) - only 2 "view" - wall-view and fence view. 3, Bad smell in toilet and bathroom. 3. To get hot water for shower - one have at first to search the people managed this homestay - no reception, also they don`t show the place to find them for any immediate purpose ("we are homestay, not hotel!!!")Then they use water heater (not gas!) - and you have to wait near one hour to get hot water. I think it would be better to search for normal hotel with cheaper price for stay.
