How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewNew hotel premises with good facilities , Mr. Kshitij and staffs were pleasent and welcoming. Taking care of guests needs and helpful all the time. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is good and accessible to all the tourist places. Shops, supermarkets and hotels are at walkable distance. Good swimming pool .
Should have kept a mini fridge in the room .

Verified reviewHotel was 6 months old and build very spacious. Room was very big. Staff was very polite and supur support. Owner asking your requirements personally. 10-15 min walk to main water Lake. For family this is best.
It's included airport transfer will be added value.

Verified review- Super friendly owners and personnel, very helpful in arranging our trek/jeep/taxi. - Recommended a guide for ABC, and he came a day prior to the start of the trek so we could meet him (5⭐️ guide: Anil). Amazing guide, who was super friendly, helpful, flexible and fun. We paid everything ourselves directly to the service (permit, accommodation, transport, guide), instead of a package/agency, which we preferred. The hotel asked no extra money for arranging the guide or Jeep. And Anil arranged all the other services. - Nice, extensive breakfast (toast, veggies, eggs, optional meat) - Attentive personnel, they came with extra towels/water when we went for a swim in their pool. - Location is super, outside of the extremely busy streets but all within walking distance of shops, the lake and restaurants. - Comfortable and clean rooms. - Luggage storage & laundry service, both convenient for when you go trekking. Overall, amazing hotel, personnel and guide recommendation. We highly recommend them, and if we ever come back to Pokhara we are coming back to this place!

Verified reviewWonderful hotel in the Lakeside district of Pokhara. The hotel is only a few months old (as of May 2025) so everything is brand new. The hotel is modern and kept extremely clean. The breakfast is lovely and the AC is modern and functions well. The standout aspect of this hotel are the couple that own and manage it. They are so incredibly friendly and go above and beyond what I would expect from a hotel manager. They helped us out in our planning and arranged transportation when we needed it, yet they never felt intrusive or tried to upsell us. Oh, and we used their laundry service which was by the kilo, and the laundry was the nicest that we had in over a month of traveling. We stayed here for 2 nights before our Annapurna Base Camp trek, and 2 nights after our trek to recover. They allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel during our trek for no extra charge. Would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Pokhara.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was satisfying, with a decent variety to start the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us—including helping arrange our trip to Muktinath and providing valuable guidance along the way. The swimming pool was a perfect retreat from the heat, and the hotel’s prime location near Lakeside made it easy to explore the area. I would definitely love to come again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience.

Bare in mind the swimming pool is at the entrance of the hotel, therefore you may feel a bit exposed if using it.

Verified reviewStopped here before the trek, just looking for a place to crash, but ended up finding a gem. Staff were legends, food hit the spot, and the whole vibe was pure comfort. A solid 10/10 on all fronts. Came back after the trek too, couldn’t resist. Clean, cozy rooms, warm hospitality, and a calm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. If you’re chasing that peaceful stay with good people and great service, this place is a no-brainer.
