The staff doesn't stay there. A cafe person gives service during his working hours. Morning 10 to 7.... Then you are on your own.

-The location is by far the one we liked most comparing to Thamel and Bhaktapur. It's of course more convenient for sightseeing than Bhaktapur, and less touristic and hectic than Thamel. We felt like locals strolling around, taking public buses in additional to taxis, going to local shops and eateries, chilling at the Durbar square, etc.. - The room was spotless clean, spacious, with lots of natural light, the bed was comfy and there was always hot water for shower! There was an electric kettle to prepare a tea or coffee. They also provided us with everything we needed. - The communication with Shreeya was top. She was always willing to help us! The boy at the reception (cafe) was, also, so kind and helpful and sweet. Thank you! - The non touristic vibe was what we needed for a 5 day stay!

It was our second stay at Dalucha Heritage Home. We had a fabulous time while enjoying our charming room with all the comfort we can Imagine. The Room is big and spotless clean, the beds are comfortable and the pillows and blankets are the best all over Nepal! Great Location just next to the Golden Temple and in the Heart of Patan makes it a perfect stay. Very friendly and helpful staff too! Great deal for the price and highly recommended!

The property was excellent and so was the staff. Location was awesome as we all know Patan is famous for its old heritage and temples. Balcony plus coffee and chai made it awesome with pigeons all around and temple bells on morning.

The stay is very hard to access via 4 wheeler so factor that in. Prior communication from the host about which lane to enter from would have saved me a few hundred rupees in cab fare because we could not reach the location via the Google maps route.

The room is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Caretaker Bikram and the host are very kind and helpful. It gets cold at night but they provided a standing heater. The bathroom is very small but clean. They will kindly store your bags if needed.

I LOVED this place! Right next to the Golden Temple, “the most opulent little temple in Nepal”, very clean, well thought out amenities in room like instant coffee and cups, tiny humidifier, power strip. Inside windows look into courtyard containing a smaller temple. Cute little coffee shop on 1st level. HOT shower. And Shreeya, the owner, is ever helpful—-available via WhatsApp even when she’s not there. I won’t even consider staying anywhere else in Kathmandu Valley!

Staying at Dalucha is pleasant as always. Bikram Bhai in the coffee shop downstairs is very helpful with everything. Owners are always responsive and helpful. My preferred place to stay in Patan always.

I really liked the room and the balcony and its view down on the temple. It's very nice location easy to walk and close to Patan Durbar Square. The receptionist and and all communication was easy and they were very helpful. I will return here. thankful

Dalucha is a gem of a place ... The location is superb ...right at the heart of Patan.You can view the Golden temple from your room and there is a beautiful courtyard in the middle with a temple. Patan Durbar square, famous Banglamukhi temple is just within walking distance including cafes and eateries. Staff and owner are helpful.

If they could upgrade the room with 24/7 electricity facilities with AC would be better. I'd look forward to it in the next stay.

Payment - when I was there, credit card wasn't an option but they did say they are getting the machine soon It can be a bit noisy from the temple and cars - but that's also the beauty of it

The reception didn't open all the time but you can send a whatsapp message to the owner and the boy who lives there will come to you. No cleaning during the 3 nights stay.

The room is clean and comfortable. Water pressure is great and we enjoyed the hot shower very much. The location is great, next to the Golden Temple. The Manjusri temple at the back is also nice and some happenings are there.

Nothing to complain at all - small fridge to cool drinks would be a nice addition to the room when it’s hot outside, there is a small Café at the reception but no breakfast (but lots of cafes, tea shops, small markets and restaurants in the immediate area)

Everything - Very clean, nice room, comfortable bed, always hot water, great location in Patan, very friendly service, we could leave our luggage there while at Chitwan, nice view into the courtyard, no ac but even with 30 degrees outside we were completely fine with just the fan

A wonderful Place to stay! Location was just perfect next to the golden Temple and nearby Durbar Square. Our room was very comfortable, spotless clean and cozy. You have a nice view just out of the windows. The owners are lovely! We would choose this place again and can recommend to stay here not highly enough.
