The front desk staff need better training on billing and invoicing. I had already paid $29.97, including taxes and fees, for my stay, but they asked me to pay $32—essentially applying double taxation. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, accompanied us, and resolved the issue.

Pool wasn't heated, so not warm, gym closed on Saturdays. Very noisy neighbours ( though that was not the hotels fault).

The whole shower was broken and the water went in a different direction. And the room really doesn't look like some of the pictures the bathtub was in bad shape.

The room I chose is not very clean and comfortable, maybe because I chose the round bed and the options that are available are limited.

I really like the staff and the services, including the shuttle services to the airport. The breakfast was really nice, but overall, the experience was good.

A good hotel in this category. Caring staff. Daily room cleaning and towel change. Buffet breakfast for every taste. It is possible to profitably order transport at the reception.

The front desk staff were really dull and disrespectful. I heard them openly talking about about other guests. If you want to backbite, at least speak in low voice or speak in private hahah.

We had the worst experience in this hotel. Not sure how people voted this hotel very clean. Someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night. I went to the reception to complain and he was just laughing and saying these things can happen must be by mistake. The room was extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep whole night because there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel. Guests were so loud talking going up and down moving furniture at 3 am it almost felt like it wasn’t a hotel but we were staying at someone’s house. Don’t fall for the reviews. This is not a clean hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Room was pretty decent and spotless clean.They do have indoor swimming pool.The restaurant food was so delicious and flavourful…I highly recommend this hotel to visit everyone…. Lake is just 5min far away from the hotel!!!

I loved this place so much. Warm welcome & indoor swimming pool was lovely,cosy room.A perfect home in Pokhara.Super friendly & attentive staff. Although the listing said there was a pool, it was under construction (apparently due to the sudden heavy rain) but on the other hand there was a new table in the spa lounge which was still in its transport packaging. I can’t imagine the monsoon wrapped this table. We were compensated with free use of the Sauna though. Another big problem was the condition and cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was covered in black mold. The bathtub also looked like it wasn’t maintained since its installation. Further there were cockroaches underneath the kettle. Disappointing!

We liked the friendliness of the staff as well as their attempts to make up for the problems of this hotel. The breakfast was better than expected!
