Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NepalI would suggest that the staff be aware that the foyer is noisy and echoes up the stairs, so if people could keep the noise down, that would be appreciated by a weary traveller.
The hotel is off a little street in Kathmandu’s busy quarter but it was quieter than other places I stayed. As always, it is challenging to walk down the narrow busy streets without getting run over by motorbikes. The hotel staff organised a taxi for me to the airport which I appreciated. It was fairly easy to find and had parking for the transport. The breakfast was good.

Spacious clean room with balcony and large opening windows which meant we could get some fresh air easily. Hotel is set back off the street and we appreciated the quiet as a result. Only a short walk up the road to the hub of Thamel. Good breakfast which was a bonus ice little green courtyard next to cafe/seating area . Affordable price for comfortable room plus some profits from the help hotel support women living in poorer areas of the city. We would definitely stay again.
