Swimming pool timings are not suitable for guests. It shall open from 6 am and open until 10 pm. Further, swimming pool attendant is not seen around. Breakfast spread for the star rating is low and requires enhancement.

One small point was that the water in all of the rooms stopped working on our last morning. Stopped us being able to shower or use the toilet and sink. We had to use the toilet in reception in order to quickly get washed etc. before leaving.

If you’re staying in Lumbini look no further than this. With the heat of the place, a swimming pool is essential and the pool here is lovely. So glad we opted for a hotel with a pool for the afternoon after being out and about. The rooms were clean, spacious and the air con was great. Staff were very helpful, kind and even took the time to give my wife some birthday cake on the morning of her birthday at breakfast. Overall very happy with the stay and well worth what was paid.

Food could definitely be much better options and quality. The open air bathroom with millions of mosquitoes was not a plus . Construction wise as soon as you enter the room, there is a small pool which also was a breeding grand for mosquitoes.

Located very close to Lord Buddha's birthplace. Very nice garden with lot of trees. Delicious food.

No fridge (important in that heat) and some works going on to an extention. Not too intrusive to most people as out and about sightseeing during day though.

Hotel in lovely grounds and pool lovely. Plenty of sunbeds. Food in restaurant lovely, fixed times (not my ideal) but did serve me just outside of these times. Great vegetarian (muttar paneer-wow!) and vegan food and probably the best Thali I've ever eaten! Room beautiful, liked the seating outside, good to relax with a cup of tea and a book. Organised tuk tuk for me to visit temples, and driver was great, used tuk tuk for 2 days. Location fine, same as most of the Hotels in Lumbini.

Despite saying a four-star hotel in the rooms there is no refrigerator, no safe, no hairdryer. Toiletries were not renovated on the second day. The water pressure in the shower is almost non-existent... Very difficult to take a shower. The restaurant is expensive and uninviting... either you settle for a sad evening buffet for a price that is high in Nepal, or you are dissuaded from ordering à la carte, always expensive, because you would wait too long

Food is very expancive, more then double price from normal, but in that village no any restourants, so no choice. Food in buffet is good though.

As people say "a bit tired hotel", not bad, Just little bit old. Little bit sovet union style)) it like all 4* indian hotels. In Lumbini there is not much choice, good hotels exists, but too far from main sight seen place. And near by hotels are Just mostly horible. So, that one is not a bad choice. Big garden and veeery big nice pool!

1.When we reached, our room was not even ready and we spent 30 minutes waiting for it to be ready. 2. We didn't get the package that we booked for. 3.The room and amenities provided were of poor quality. The room even had mosquitoes. 4.There was no proper warm water facility,we even complained but it was not handled properly. 5. The food was very cold and the quality was not up to par. The list is just endless. Feeling robbed for the money paid..😡😡

The shower was just about hot enough but hardly any water. I told reception and they were very helpful but the other room they showed me had the same issue. I asked for a reduction on the price to compensate. The manager seemed more concerned about the commission to Bookings.com than in customer service. I got some money off in the end but I think it was because Bookings.com customer service intervened on my behalf. Not good.

It was in a good location and was quiet at night.
