The location is great with Cafe Camellia and the nail salon. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean. The dogs are a fun addition. The staff helped us book a horse ride with Pokhara Pony Farm!

It was quite busy during check-in.

The staffs there are really nice and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, and they have very tasty brunch, coffee and cake there. The location is convenient, near the Main Street and phewa lakeside, by waking just 5-10mins. It’s really a good place to stay in Pokhara.

friendly staff, clean rooms, and the best breakfast in Pokhara

No telephone in the room to order or communicate, but it's not a big deal though.

The rooms are really clean, bed was comfortable, nice linens, the general aesthetics of the room, good location.

I stayed in three different rooms. The first room had cockroaches which was unpleasant but it can happen in Nepal. The second and third room had minor plumbing issues. The last room I stayed in had no windows so had vents open up to the corridor. It smelt funny, possibly due to the lack of ventilation but I think it was maybe the aircon. The worst part of this particular room was the noise, it was SO loud, it was impossible to sleep even with earplugs in, the noise amplified through the corridor and into the room. The noise isn’t limited to the cafe opening hours as the staff still need to work to clean up etc. I think some investment into soundproofing would be a good idea. Also, staff are busy with the cafe so you won’t get the attention or service like you would with other hotels.

Special thanks to the front desk staff member with the cute dimples, who was very patient with me and kept making sure I could understand everything!

The air conditioning noise was quite loud.

The owner is very helpful. The room is clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Hotel is well located and nicely decorated.

Like other places in Pokhara, the electricity randomly turns on and off, and the hot water sometimes doesn’t work. There’s also an issue with card payments periodically - the money gets taken out of your account but the transaction doesn’t go through on the hotel’s end, so you have to pay again and wait for the money to be refunded by your bank (but the owner was very good with helping me get the money back from my bank).

Very stylisch small little hotel in Lakeside. Our room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Young ladies were carrying heavy luggage of guests up and down - sometimes as high as four floors. The management should find a better solution.

    - Great location - close to the lake and the shopping and restaurant district, but far enough away to be quiet at night - Very helpful staff - Great room - spacious and clean with all the amenities you need - Very comfortable big bed - Offers all the services you might need, e.g. laundry, luggage service etc.

The attached café offers nice food, but the waitresses seem to be completely overwhelmed. On the first day we had to wait for over an hour for our food, there seems to be no order in which they serve the guests, others who came much later than us got their food way before us even though we ordered standard fare off the menu. It was a bit annoying since we had other plans for the afternoon. The next morning when we went for breakfast, we had to wait for half an hour for somebody to even take our order. Very chaotic, which I think is not really appropriate for a place like this which charges European prices.

Value for money! Super cozy with cafe and bar at ground floor. Super close to lakeside and shops around. Also with nail spa but havent got to try. Staff are welcoming and they allowed me to check in earlier than 3pm. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Pokhara!

    Nothing at all
