Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. This was my second stay and I was welcomed like a family coming back. All happy smiles and ready to help. They gave me free upgrade to a suite 😌 Arranged car for me to go to airport next morning at 4am. The restraunt though limited menu had everything I wanted.. momos and genuine Nepali food which was good too.. the location is very good for access to airport

United StatesThe staff at Hotel Bayberry was terrific. Unfortunately on arrival I realized I needed to go to an eye doctor. They made arrangements to take me to an eye hospital, and picked me up. They also made arrangements for pick up and drop off from Kathmandu airport. Felix and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

IndiaI didn’t like how short my stay was…for the price and the service, I wish I could have stayed much longer than I did. But truly, there was not one thing to complain about during my stay.
1. The location was perfectly near the airport and amid many places for great food and coffee. 2. The room was just as advertised - clean, comfortable, well stocked (coffee, tea, extra pillows). 3. The staff was INCREDIBLE! I was treated in a typical warm, inviting Nepali style. Riwaj helped in getting from airport and settled into my room, local transportation when needed, and overall regard that I was taken care of. Binita was working from desk when I arrived and was inviting, friendly, extremely professional, and a true help to make everything for check-in smooth! 4. The breakfast was incredible and service personalized and fast.

IndiaLocation is hard to find. When I called hotel for guidance about finding hotel nobody picked for long time and when they picked they were not helpful. After reaching hotel I found nobody at front desk. I have to call them multiple times.In amenities there was nothing. No slippers, dental kit, shower kit nothing. Only hand wash, towel and drinking water. Overall not so good experience. Later on staff said sorry and all. And they were polite later on but initial impression was not good.

I loved the location just off a busy street. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. They even organized a wonderful massage for me a short taxi drive away. I felt totally refreshed and ready for my next 2 flights after my layover at Bayberry Hotel. I’ve stayed in other hotels close to the airport but this one is by far the best! Oh, and don’t forget to have your meals at the hotel! No need to wonder down the road!
