The service staff who work here also seem to like this place very much, so the quality of service is very good. They often anticipate our needs in advance (for example, when our whole family was playing in the swimming pool, they would take the initiative to help us take pictures of our family playing in the water). We were very touched! Our guide, Lil, was waiting for us at Bar Peepal Resort Pokhara early in the morning and boarded our chartered vehicle. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and took excellent care of our two children along the way. We loved his climbing pace, and when we needed a break, he offered helpful suggestions for suitable resting spots. Climbing with him was incredibly enjoyable! If I have the opportunity to climb Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) next time, I'd definitely hire him to take us there.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing and above expectations. The staff went above and beyond, the facilities were incredible and breakfast was to die for. Will definitely choose this place everytime I'm in Pokhara.

Wonderful hotel with a great vibe and character. Rooms were clean and the service from all the staff was exceptional. Special mention to Indira who is an amazing host and really took the time to help us with whatever we needed. Bar Peepal is lucky to have her! Also to Nishant for the laughs at the pool bar! Note that there is no lift and lots of stairs so would need to request a ground level room if elderly or have special requirements.

We tried multiple hotels in Nepal and this was honestly the best overall! We went there after trekking to Annapurna and they gave us a free upgrade so it was the best rest possible. Nice jacuzzi, pool, food, and crew.

The view was incredible, ask to stay on the top floor. The property is gorgeous with trees, relaxing garden, a spa, and an infinity pool. The spa was incredible and perfect after a long trek.

This wasn't a problem for me personally, but this is a hillside property and there's a lot of stairs. Might be worth reaching out ahead of time if you have mobility issues.

This is my second time staying at Bar Peepal, everything was fantastic. From the breakfast, to the pool/resort facilities, to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, I wasn't disappointed with a single thing. What makes this property truly exceptional, I think, is the staff, who are super helpful, warm and friendly. Huge shoutout to Rashmita, Anil, Rhitika, Nishant, Pratikshya and Sonuja who made the stay truly superb.

I really love my stay there. A perfect place to stay in Pokhara, the hotel offers shuttle service to the airport, also a driver in case you need to go any other place, the price was reasonable compared with others, the stuff very kind, helpful and professional. The spa also was great. If you really want a nice place, please stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially the hospitality of all employees, like Indira at the reception, a lot. They helped us with all inquiries. The hotel is very clean and offers a good comfort. Food at the restaurant is not spectecular but very solid, and we enjoyed the atmosphere at the tables and bar outside.

Located slightly above the lakeside so has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Loved the staff and service at the hotel. Rabina was fantastic and was very warm and engaging. Exceptional room service, restaurant and spa services too. Everyone seemed genuinely nice and very welcoming.

The staff were very friendly and we received a lovely welcome. Indira on the front desk was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We loved our room with a view overlooking the lake. The breakfast was lovely and we appreciated the friendly staff in the morning who were excellent with their service.

I recently stayed at Bar Peepal Resort for one night, and it wasn’t nearly enough, I wish I could have stayed longer! From the moment I arrived until my checkout, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient, complete with big smiles and a lovely welcome drink that truly impressed me. Mr. Kamal was always available to assist with any questions I had, making my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to all tastes. My hotel room was very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and provided a peaceful garden view. It felt like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Bar Peepal Resort and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. I hope to see you again in the near future.

Numbering of the hotel rooms is a bit confusing but there are lots of signs to get you to the reception, restaurant and pool!

Breakfast was amazing ... great food and so much choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely to be able to cool down in the infinity pool. Great views of the lake after it rained and cleared the air. Lovely decor and colourful prayer flags. Our delux double room was spacious, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and had a lovely little balcony. This was the first place we had been in where the toilet seat actually fitted the toilet!! A small fridge and an electric kettle were a bonus.

the entire staff treated each guest likens VIP, I truly felt special and taken care of. The location is great, up on the hill with a great view of the lake, although I didn't leave the hotel so I'm not sure how close it is to any local spots. The facility is gorgeous and the beds are so comfy.
