Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The staff is very cordial and cooperative. Food can be better though. Room is extremely comfortable and clean, the location of the property is very convenient. I stayed here for the second time and will like to go back to stay again.

SpainAs a point for improvement I would offer different type of dining options (only an Indian and Japanese restaurant are available). Perhaps a wider menu with western offers would also be appreciated. But this is a minor issue, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Everything was perfect during our stay: from the super friendly and helpful staff to the comfort of the rooms. Location is top notch, and ammenities are great (shout out to the SPA, we had 3 different massages!).

great hotel, great location, great in-hotel app to order any Room service and Massages. The hotel was very well staffed with very professional people from house keeping to concierge. The rooms are very clean and hotel is fairly new. The view from 5th floor of the Himalayas was stunning and I stayed there for 9 days..

I really like the location of the hotel. Also how the rooms are laid out. Everything was so convenient. Also how there are two restaurants one area for breakfast and another for dinner. Just tremendous.
