“The staff was super friendly - even when we made a mistake regarding the transit service, they remained courteous throughout.
The breakfast buffet was extraordinary - it was one of the best if not the best we had in the whole country and absolutely en par with a high-end hotel we had in Pokhara which charged 10x as much per night as the Diamond Plaza.
We got upgraded as the originally assigned room was too loud for us due to a party happening outside. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and with all the amenities one could wish for.”
