The location was close to train station, shops and harbour. The included buffet breakfast was very complete with lots of delicious hot and cold choices.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, with everything within a few minutes’ walk. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and met our expectations.

The lighting in the room was poor and the room looked tired overall. A whole in the wall "covered up" with a small sheet of wallpaper, that now also had a whole in it due to the lack of a doorstopper. Bathroom was ok, but the shower felt very tiny (think half the width of a regular door to get in). TV didn't work - daytime staff just said they'd add it to the list of things to fix. It didn't work/ get fixed during our stay. The small fridge in the room didn't work either. Dirty pillow - cleaning staff should do better. You can't just put a new pillowcase on a bloodstained and yellow pillow and then consider it clean. (fortunately we had 3 other pillows that were ok).

The ladies working the evening shift at reception were lovely! Plenty of options for breakfast - the wafflemaker was a nice surprise. There's a small gym to do a quick workout early in the morning or late in the evening. (2 treadmills and bikes, a bench and some weights). Location is good - easy to get to town and the bus/trainstation is pretty much across the street. There's a Rema1000 on the toplevel too. Umbrellas can be rented per 24hrs if need be.

The matrices of the second bed was thin and you could feel the springs , some of the furniture require attention.

booking.com has incorrect info about parking.

breakfast was very good. Even my wife liked it ;) Booking showed that this hotel has a parking but in fact it doesn't but they helped me to find a place to park my car.

There is no parking offered, so you will have to pay another 225 NOK per night to park your car nearby, so that is one thing to consider in the final price when you book it. The floors in the breakfast area and elevator were always sticky for some reason. I don’t think they were mopped even once during our 3 nights stay.

Near the city center. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok with plenty of things to choose from.

No AC and weather was hot. Fan in some rooms but windows in one room didn't open. TV remote missing but Phil brought another one up right away and made sure it worked. Was able to hear traffic noise in one of the four rooms rented. Overall still very good.

Great staff, breakfast with lots of options including some labeled for allergens. Room was larger than anticipated. Nice location.

Motel doesn’t have its own parking! Even Stavanger, still you need to pay for hourly parking to use app. Easy Park.

The location is tricky to park and unload from the back of the hotel. It felt cumbersome to get suitcases down steps and into the hotel. We had to pay extra for parking in a lot across the street.
