Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumPARKING of the hotel is 29 euro's...so if you stay outside, you can do it cheaper: sundays free until 12h. Further on the urgently need to UPGRADE the fitness: it stated "luxury high quality" fitness... only 1 bike, 1 runnigmill and the rests only weights... so no spinning avaible for us, unfortunately
we had a skyline view room: which is very spatious and nice view. The hotel has been restored and a nice mix of vintage and retro style which we enjoyed. The beds are also good.

United KingdomThe aircon was plugged into a plug that didn't work. It's only in the morning after a very uncomfortable sleep that I moved it and we finally cooled down. The breakfast service was disorganised. We picked a table and my daughter left her teddy. Someone moved it and took the table... I just felt welcome and escorted to a table would work better.

IrelandI stayed for 2 nights, and the lifts were out of order. Overheard a few people who had been there longer than me, and were complaining the lifts were out of order for nearly a week. The weather was fantastic at the time, so walking up the stairs in 30 degree heat wasn't the best experience, and the big windows in the stairway did not help the temperature

NetherlandsThe wifi at the hotel was very bad. We could barely use the room to work from, which is why we took this room. More than that, upon arrival the staff mentioned blankly that the elevator isn't working, and it did not work throughout our 4 day stay. We were not offered help with our luggage and no apologies were made. Although the hotel itself is very nice, the amenities were subpar, including disposable cups, no replenishment of the coffee pods, and very low-quality toilet paper. The location was convenient, but the neighborhood was not the most pleasant to walk through at night.
The room was large and very nicely designed. We loved the workstation and the sofa.

Location is great. It’s within 100mts from tram as well as metro station. There is a Lidl store next door and lot of eateries to explore.

PortugalMy room had some areas that was not clean, as a deluxe room I didn't even have water in the mini bar ( was completely empty ) , one night a bar employee refused to give me ice for my foot injury which was surprising 😔 No elevator wasn't a big deal but not ideal when you want a break from the gym in your vacation 😅 But it didn't take from the best hotel experience I had in the past 5 years and I travel a lot !
Rooms are amazing !! Staff was intuitive and supported ! The bed was so comfy ! Delightful bar and restaurant! Honestly already planning to come back next year TwitchCon and bring many friends with me !

CanadaYou have no control over your own room temperature. To turn on the AC you have to ask them to come up and turn it on. There's only one setting, on or off. And you can't open the windows. The bed is a bit soft for stomach sleepers but not so much that I couldn't sleep. There was no shampoo or conditioner but after asking a couple of people I got some shampoo. A box of Kleenex would be a nice touch .So a few snags but overall I had a great stay
