The apartment was in a beautiful old traditional house. We stayed 6 nights and wanted to have a little more than a hotel room. Although we don’t cook when away we like to be able to have a few kitchen facilities of tea/coffee and some crockery etc. it feels more apartment than just a bedroom which was perfect for us. The owners are very helpful and kind but very respectful of privacy also. Would stay again for definite.

The location is excellent. I was not in a hurry to woke up so early to catch up the train or bus. It just took 5 mins walk to the train and bus station. Its also close to the city center, which is very convenient. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Check-in was fast.

It such a cozy place and centraly place to stay. It really feels like an authentic dutch experience in comparison to a hotel. The breakfest is the most value I ever got for my money, so I would highly recommend it. The hosting couple is also super nice.

It’s a beautiful house. It was very clean and the mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable to lie on. The shower was comfortable and clean. The property being close to venlo station was also a big plus. The breakfast was wonderful and the owners were very kind.

It was very noisy as all the windows open into a busy road with lots of traffic until late at night.

Spacious room in a very nice monumental building. Perfect location at walking distance (5 min) from station and city centre. Nice hosts. Very good value for money.

Great location a couple of minutes from the station and close to the city centre. Very good, friendly and flexible host gave clear instructions on how to retrieve the key to the house and our room as they were not at home until later. We were able to park our ebikes securely in the large hallway, which was amazing. The room itself was super comfortable with a small balcony with a quiet garden view. The breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning at a time of our choosing and was very comprehensive, setting us up for the day. The food hall and brewery a couple of minutes walk away was great for an easy evening meal and some beers too!

There were a few stairs to climb up to the 2nd floor (not the worst ones I have seen in Venlo to be fair), so it night not be very convenient for people with mobile issues and suitcases, but that was no issue for us. Other than that, everything else was great!

The room was spacious and quiet, a few minutes away from the train station and the city centre. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom seemed to be recently renovated, with a very modern shower. We had a great night of sleep, followed by an amazing breakfast in our room! Plus, we were very grateful we were allowed to check in/out earlier and later, which really helped with our travelling plans. Overall a great stay, value for money!
