The location was great and the staff is really nice. The rooms are ok and the beds were comfortable, so it was overall a nice experience.

Only that the beds need curtains, everything else is good.

Great facilities including a full kitchen!

Very expensive

We stayed at this hostel for one night, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the toilet and the handwash area were both dirty, which already gave us a bad impression. Later at night, when we wanted to sleep, we saw an insect (an earwig). It was very fast, so we couldn’t take a photo, but all four of us saw it clearly. When we reported this to the reception, instead of taking our complaint seriously, they insisted on having “evidence” and dismissed our concern. Two of our group felt so uncomfortable that they decided to sleep in the car instead of staying in the room. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and behavior of the hostel staff were unacceptable. We are not satisfied and would not recommend staying here.

Small things like mising toilet paper in 3rd floor bathroom.

The location is great, only 15 min from the central station. Many markets and restaurants around. The personal was super friendly. In the kitchen you can find everything you need to cook.

The room was on the street side and it is quite busy, so it was super laud during the night. The cleaning it needs to be improve, specially for the shower. We had a small locker to put the private things but the luggage I put it under the bed and the floor was dirty. The prices at the bar could be a bit cheaper for who is staying at the hostel, otherwise does not motivate you to have a drink there.

A tall blonde lady helped me get the lower price I found on booking.com without making it on booing.com It gets super noisy in the room from the street side due to numerous people.

It’s clean and kind of safe.I stayed in the third floor that was ok. The self catering kitchen is a cool option even if it’s dark and has not much place

The tiny doors appeared like a storage room.it had supersede windows and the light in the corridor was too bright.everytime when someone entered the light came through the curtains of the room. The room was very hot and I asked for a missing bed sheeet and they did not respond to that demand.

Very accessible to the city center

The shower room had a clogged drain, so the floor was flooded, and wastewater from the neighboring stall was flowing in, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. The bedroom had no door — it was only separated by a curtain — so I could hear people talking in the hallway until late at night, and I couldn’t sleep. I also had to bring my used sheets and pillow to the front desk myself. I’ve stayed at many hostels, but this was the first time I’ve experienced something like that, and I was quite taken aback.

Very very very loudly: this is a street with dozens of bars/restaurants. Music plaid til 04:00, People on the street screamed till 05:00, I can't sleep at all (I've rode 225km on bike this day). It was worst night in overall hotels which I've stayed. Definitely not recommend.

Cosy, great staff, my room was big and quiet.

Lovely hostel to stay in.sociable and a great area to stay.

Its a nice hostel, in the center of rotterdam. friendly peoply are the hole time in service. Many artists having a good time here. You meet filmmakers, musicians and other interesting people wich are traveling around the world. Its a home for an open minded society. Thank you so much.
