Rooms were really hot and there were only small lockers. Bigger ones under the bed would be useful. No paper towels in the bathrooms to dry your hands. People were sleeping in the wrong beds which cause problems in the middle of the night (staff made everything they could and were helpful).

Rooms and bathrooms were clean as well as the lobby area. The staff made our stay as comfortable as possible and were helpful.

When accomodating male and femail you could think of having equal of both in a mixed room. First time when I asked for change there was no option, at the next day it becomes possible. Thank you for that.

I am very happy with the staff and the tea I have in my evenings at the bar. The location is a foodsteb closer to a lot of the landmarks of the city. Although the hostel is at the main bar street, when you close the window and the wooden covers of the windows it become a lot more quiter.

You need to bring your own lock to the cabinet in the room! It is not convenient to store important items!

The staff are very friendly and lovely, the price is very reasonable! There is a food court downstairs, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the cathedral!

All good but it was really noisy until very late like 1-2 AM. The noise was coming from outside, the rest was all fine. I would not stay again because of the noise. It was a Wednesday night... But that street is in the heart of the city with full of cafes and bars. So be aware. However, the hostel was indeed good

The room and bathroom + toilet could have used cleaning during my stay, if it happened it wasn't visible and didn't include taking out the garbage. Absolutely no noise reduction from the toilet inside the room. The bed was bad, the only good thing about it was the charging option in it. Still, even with these it was good enough for the money.

Great location, even if it comes with noise. The amount of bars and people on the street make one feel safe even at dark. Very friendly staff.

It is essential to offer larger and more secure lockers for customers. Without them, storing baggage in the reception area will not be safe.

They won't even give you an instant coffee as a guest or let you use the toilet downstairs if there is an event. But I know is normal in the culture.

Although the location its great, its not so great if you actually want to sleep, as it is in the middle of a street full of bars and Clubs with loud music, so sleeping was not successful for me… but for only a night was ok!

mattress can be slightly uncomfortable for longer stays, but its not too bad. Beware that it can get noisy at night, from the street, and parties around, but just bring a pair of earplugs !!

everything was wonderful, and the staff was lovely!! I was very pleased to find out they had women’s-only dorms, since im a young woman traveling alone. I felt very safe, with no worries while i was there!
