The water pressure for shower is a bit weak.

This bnb is inside city center and the location is perfect. We really like the spacious living room and the cozy rooms, also the coffee machine is very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Not used to the idea of sharing a hallway and stairs with another apartment to get from our bedroom to our bathroom, toilet and lounge. But we had no problems at all with other guests.

The layout is strange that all the rooms are accessible by a shared staircase, so other guests walk through the space. Bathrooms, bedrooms and lounge all accessible through this staircase. Not a problem in our case, but it should be noted for future guests as privacy could be compromised. But overall we had a great stay with no complaints.

The location is perfect for visiting Zwolle, close to the center and also to the train station. Spacious apartment great for our week stay.

Maybe heating system, but it was ok since they supplied extra things for heating and approached me kindly to help.

The location, the stuff, and breakfast were perfect. Easy to walk everywhere and the stuff always did their best to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast was great with freshly baked bread, boiled eggs, and fruit.

Everything was ok.

Very well located place, with cute and comfortable rooms and very peaceful atmosphere. Being there we might feel like at home. Communication with the host was a bit complicated cause some massages were in Dutch, but everything went smoothly.

The steps are very narrow and steep, and the carpet is dirty and heavily stained. Everything is sticky and greasy in the kitchen. There is some washing-up liquid but no sponge. The bin is empty but still stinks. The fridge is slightly dirty and even has hair in it. The shower is dirty from the grey calc and also partially blocked. Filthy and disgusting water is coming back while you shower. I bought cleaning stuff, removed the calc, and unblocked the drain. - You are welcome. Half of the water was escaping between the hose in the showerhead. I found a hardware shop and bought a sealing. This fixed the issue. - You are welcome. There is a window in the bathroom, but you cannot open it because it is broken. There is an ironing board, but no iron. The sofa is comfy but full of stains. There are lots of pillows, but they are stained too. The bedsheets look clean, but I found long, dark, curly hair on them. The mattress is really worn out, sagging in the middle, which makes a good night's sleep impossible. There is a good hairdryer, but it sticks to your hand. There is no bedside lamp. There isn’t any air-conditioner. I don’t understand why you list it as a facility. There has never been one. There is only a partially broken fan. Maybe it was lost in translation…

Excellent location. The toilet and wash basin are clean. The studio is spacious. There are some nice new-looking furniture. There is a washing machine but I didn’t use it.

Be aware of the city noise since it is in the heart of the city.

Perfect option to stay in the center of Zwolle. Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was delicious. Easy access to explore the city, close to the central station. Staff very nice and attentive.
