If you didn't have a car its not the place for you. Linens are sparse. Minimal pillows and towels especially when staying a week.

The staff, especially Max, the breakfast girls and the security were so nice and helpful. The size of the house was perfect for us. The pool was beautiful and quiet.

Very steep to access cabins and main house is quite a bit away to use the restaurant, spa, and pool. Must bring reliable car. Rooms are on separate floors, so if you ha e little ones, this probably wouldn't work.

Facilities were clean, staff responsiveness, flexibility with check out and breakfast included.

The villa could use additional utensils and a larger microwave, so the plates fit in. A baking tray would be useful. Additional towels for the bathroom & kitchen and a couple of face cloths would be nice. Also oven mitts or something, so you can handle hot pots. For short term rentals, dish soap should also be provided.

The location is excellent. Nice to be out if town, with some fresh mountain breeze. The villa we were in had a nicely finished bathroom (white, so it was nice & bright), and a comfy bed. Great pool to cool off in.

I get around in a scooter and don't walk well the condo that we had was where you had to Park by the pool and Restaurant and then walk past up a Hill past another apartment and then up some stairs to ours i felt like once I got there I couldn't leave because it's just too hard for me to get around I wish they had worked with us more on the location

Overall everything was great and had an overall good experience. The Staff was nice, responsive and accommodating.

Palermo was an excellent place to spend time with family, visit the San Juan del Sur Bay at night and have a restful night away from the noice and the party goers at night.

The hotel has nice villas but some of them are outdated with old appliances or bathroom appliances like the shower that have not been changed in a while. Pool area is nice but service was not great on Saturday morning, there were no towels and when they finally arrived we were leaving, we had to ask for them more than three times. In any case towels very very very old and had lost color. The pool has some missing tiles and edges were sleepery. It's a great place but improving service it's necessary.

Good value for price and nice views, comfortable for a short holiday.

Lots of units are obviously in need of maintenance. Furniture in #38 was uncomfortable, TV super small, and decor was outdated, minimal & not attractive at all. Also, it was lacking lots of things you might expect with a full kitchen - like paper towels, a kitchen towel, a little salt/pepper, etc.. Also, if you rent the 1 bedroom, be aware that the only bathroom you are given access to is upstairs inside the bedroom because the 2nd bedroom/bathroom off the living room/kitchen will be locked.

Lovely views from up the hill above SJDS. The pool area looked nice although I didn’t use it. Plenty of pots/pans in the kitchen. Good A/C.

The front door lock needs to be updated. It’s only a deadbolt and you have to use the key to lock inside and outside. The kitchen items will need to be updated to include paper towels. Our towels were taken but not replaced. The bed and pillow will need to be to be upgraded. There was a smell when we enter from the front door, smells like something was left wet.

I like that it is gated and we have a dining and living room. The pool are was nice as well as the staff.

Beautiful property with very accommodating staff. Super clean villas with amazing pool and on site restaurant. Saw monkey outside our villa which was super cool. Some complaints on here about having to walk to the villas uphill seem a bit excessive, we had the furthest unit away and it wasn’t bad at all. Unless you have a serious medical issue or are extremely out of shape it’s not a problem.

We booked a reservation for 4 people and for some reason our booking said only 2 people so when we arrived one bedroom was locked and they made us pay an additional $60 in order to use the 2nd bedroom. When we booked the reservation it said 2 bedroom villa. We also didn't have any hot water which was advertised as such. This was very disappointing. Overall it was clean and comfortable but we would not stay there again because of the mess up with the bedrooms.

Rooms are filthy, beds are terribly uncomfortable, pillows are dirty, hot water is unreliable, water pressure is terrible, way too many insects everywhere, doors and windows don’t close properly, and the “resort” is really just a gated community.

Bed was hard, Pillows real bad, bedrooms doors and windows are lose make a lot of noise with the wind, I see other costumers put toilet paper in the bathroom window to hold them in place, no hair dryer, no paper towel in the kitchen, the Lady in the breakfast area was very rude

Reception has good customer service, fast and friendly, they send our suitcase to our room, and I thank them because location had to many stairs and step

We thought they had a breakfast buffet, but they have only 2 choices for breakfast, Nicaraguan breakfast or pancakes and you have to choose coffee or orange juice, they don’t like to give you both.

This is a wonderful hotel. Everything was just perfect !
