I had a wonderful stay at Casitas Pacific. It has a perfect location right on the beach and a very beautiful restaurant. The staff is very nice and Josh, the owner of this place, is very hospitable and makes you feel welcomed and at home. Unfortunately I had only one night before going home to enjoy the ocean but if I ever come back to Nicaragua I will definitely stay at this hotel again. 100% recommended!

It was amazing, all very kind and warm, the rooms were comfortable and with the necessary equipment! I would only recommend to add more food options to the menu and maybe include some desserts and other cocktails, asides from that all was amazing!

Despite fans and the breeze, the rooms are warm which takes some getting used to. But it’s really a small concession for such a beautiful tropical spot!

Casitas Pacific was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful beach of Guasacate. The facility was extremely well kept and rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was attentive and friendly. They helped with any special request and with my transportation. The restaurant was opened from breakfast to dinner which was not common in the area. Overall, the experience was fantastic! Would strongly recommend.

Not a reflection on this property, but lots of bugs leaving small, very itchy bites!! Bring repellent and antihistamine cream if you can.

Although the convenient store is only a short stroll down the road, it would be amazing if the hotel supplied a spot to refill fresh drinking water.

Rooms were lovely and modern. Breakfast included was healthy and tasty. Dinner menu was so delicious. Staff were friendly. Great value for money. A short stroll to the river mouth during high tide meant you could swim without any waves. The bar next door was also fun, friendly and cheap. Popoyo is a super quiet area to relax for a few days.

Cons: - The internet connection is a bit unreliable. Not a bad thing if you’re looking to disconnect but good to know if you need a stable internet connection. - We stayed for 6 nights and had absolutely no issues with noise up until Saturday night. It’s completely out of the hotel’s control but expect a bit of noise from the party next door.

Pros: - incredible location, right on the beach with great restaurant overlooking the water. - beautiful aesthetic and overall vibe on the property - Included breakfast every day was great - Comfy bed and clean rooms - Walking distance to surf and other restaurants/bars

Not an easy place to get to without a car, however they do have parking and the isolation is part of its charm.

The layout of the property was wonderful, the landscaping and proximity to the beach made it ideal. Breakfast was good and the view was fantastic. The owner and staff were very nice.
