-The AC did sometimes a big resonation and sound, so I had to move with the bed and change position. Without that I could barely sleep. -No hot water, what was not the best bet after volcano bording, and for the rasta hair, afterwards -Lack of a simple kettle

It was a good stay overall, besides some problems which I could ultimately resolve/live with. I don't see clearly the BW quality here, but probably this is still better vs some other hotels around. -I liked the breakfast and the Staff was really kind and attentive! -I liked that huge tree just if front of one of the windows!

You cannot use the tap water. Usually when I go, I receive 2 bottles of water. I was told I could only have one, without explanation.

The front door staff were helpful. I was travelling with a pet who was nervous and they were very considerate in helping me. The room was an excellent location and easily accessible. Lots of green space to take my dog out.

4 mosquitos in the room, and the beds and pillows are old. The rooms need a refresh!

The default is just a thin sheet, so if you need a blanket, ask for it. They usually will not allow earlier check in even if rooms are already available. Hot water didn't work the first time I came here, but it did the second time, and the room number was the same, so check it before taking a shower, and complain to the reception if it's closed.

I had a rubbery chicken sandwich in the restaurant. One of the waiters was nice enough to give me soup instead, and brought it to my room. That is true hospitality.

If you have to stay by the airport it’s your place. It’s right across the street. You can walk. The rooms are good, small, and AC great. Perfect for late arrival or heading out early to Little Corn.

Try to not get a room in the back 150-160, the WiFi does not work. Best rooms are in the front 20-60.

Amazing property and location. Well kept and maintained. I stay here every year and it keeps getting better. The massage option is an absolute MUST. Very reasonable and Fabiola gave one of the best massages. I have had a lot of massages over the years. This was definitely in the top 3. The pool was so relaxing and nice. Restaurant food is so delicious. I am telling you, this is a great option right next to the airport.

Restaurant is expensive for what you get (no real alternatives nearby), rooms are overpriced for how tired they are. In need of a revamp to charge the prices they do. We found the room to be loud with people talking outside it during the night.

Convenient to the airport and good aircon which was needed at this time of the year. Managua is super hot. Bathroom was really big and tidy, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Really good as a stop over. Breakfast is handy too.

Fridges should absolutely be provided in all rooms. It’s very hot in Managua and having cold drinks is necessary. Even after requesting one we still were given a room without one.

The water ran out and when I inquired with staff they said they were working on the system. I didn’t impact me as I was leaving, but it would have been an issue if I have just arrived.
