The breakfast option was quite limited. Concerns with false alarms going off at night and giving a panic.

The customer service was exceptional, especially the front office staff. The environment was extremely clean and the ambience was tastefully done in not an overpowering way. Location, though exposed, still had a lot of privacy. It is definitely one hotel I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel with a staff that is very polite and helpful. Security is good. The restaurants and bars are all wonderful. As a solo American who has extensively around Africa, I highly recommend the White Orchid Hotel.

Our empty plates stayed in our room for nearly two days, not a lot of choices with breakfast, no iron and iron board in room, so we have to pay to get our clothes iron, very disappointing

The hotel is clean and welcoming. The staff were nice and courteous. They always remembered to put the right amount of towels. I got dragged to breakfast and I liked it even though it was not a lot of spread.

The hotel would benefit from routine maintenance, such as fixing AC units that drip water and repairing or replacing damaged door knobs and improving general cleaning. Breakfast options could also be improved for greater variety and quality.

Great location with an exquisite traditional aesthetic thoughtfully placed around the room. Outstanding customer service and prompt responses to requests. Hygiene kits provided were thoughtful too. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional.

Amazing little boutique hotel..excellent service, spotlessly clean, nice ambience, friendly and helpful staff, great location, lots to do near by. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return over and over. The little things really do matter here..from the decor to the sweet smelling rooms to the nice bathroom and toiletries to the quiet, cozy, peaceful atmosphere. 10 out of 10!

The cinema does not offer 3D or IMAX experience, so certain movie genres may not be fully optimized. However, the cozy and comfortable theatre halls go a long way in making up for the standard 2D viewing experience.

Beautifully designed, clean rooms and a warm welcome team set the tone for an excellent stay. The fresh fruit platter on arrival was a lovely touch. The on-compound EbonyLife was a delightful add on - offering a variety of eateries & leisure spaces, including a cinema - all conveniently located just steps away. Service throughout was outstanding. I'd especially like to commend Gift, whose professionalism stood out both during guest onboarding and when resolving a reservation issue - exceptionally well handled. Her work ethic is truly exemplary. Highly recommended.

The buffet breakfast doesn't have a wide variety, however, its tasty and serves the purpose.

The location is fantastic. It is situated directly opposite the Eko Hotel and just a two-minute drive from Eko Atlantic City. The rooms have a unique feel, reminiscent of Cappadocia, Turkey, and everything in them functions perfectly. The staff are exceptional, from those serving breakfast to the receptionists, door assistants, and even the security personnel at the entrance, all of them are wonderful! In the same complex as the hotel, you'll find Ebony Life Cinemas, which includes more than two upscale restaurants, a rooftop bar, and an AfroBeat Lounge. I would also like to give a special mention to Gift, one of the customer service and reservation agents at the hotel. Gift is incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and provides outstanding service.

Breakfast area is small and variety and level can be better. There is a Nespresso machine in your room, but you need to buy the cups. In general a good coffee (machine) in a high standard hotel is a necessity.

Very nice and well trained staff. Very professional security level. I had a well isolated room, no noises come in. Room and bathroom are spacious ( I was single traveller). Food and drinks at this hotel are not expensive. By the way UBER works perfectly in Lagos!

I was in a room on first floor facing the opposite building (which is very near); as a result, the room was very dark and the noise from the ventilation system quite strong.

Good location. Staff is super kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel is clean, small and cozy. Good discovery in Lagos, will definitely be back.
